Great Value and Location

This was the most affordable ski in location we could find, and we were very happy with our stay. The location, hot tub, well stocked kitchen, and space were all great. Communication from iTrip was also helpful and responsive.

Great location as easy to access ski hill. Hot tub was nice. Property was clean. However, furniture and mattresses, could use some updating. Chair by counter wobbled, deck wobbled and needs to be stained. Overall property was fair, not poor, not great.

Excellent walk out ski in location

Clean and spacious, two full bathrooms, fireplace, balcony, everything that you need to enjoy a trip at Steamboat.

Great place and location

Very nice amenities and our kids loved the mini arcade game, chalkboard and ease of location for ski in/ski out to the mountain. It’s a short and pleasant walk to restaurants, shops and the village.

Steamboat 2025

First time to Steamboat Springs and will definitely come back. Condo was perfect for a family 4 (with 2 teenagers) to ski in and ski out! Condo was clean and easy to get to. Support for the condo was very responsive to questions, even over the holiday. Pictures were accurate and overall GREAT experience.

The location is ideal, the kitchen and bath were stocked with all necessary items. Listing as described. Things we did not care for - the elevator was not working (had to carry skis in ski boots two flights), hallway smelled, bathroom was extremely tiny with sink right next to bed in the room, second bedroom was so small no room to put suitcase, beds not very comfortable. For the was underwhelmed, but I guess this is spring break in Steamboat.

Thank you very much for coming to visit and we appreciate the feedback as well. We wish you had notified us the elevator was down, we would of happily notified the HOA to get maintenance over. They were able to quickly reset the elevator when they heard it was down. If you ever need we have larger units as well. We hope you would consider coming to visit again.

Summer Fun In Steamboat

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was well stocked, clean, convenient and comfortable. We really enjoyed the mini arcade which made for some fun evening competition!

Good communication with management. Condo is small and no room in 2nd bedroom. Badly needs new pots, pans. Good location to base of ski area.

The photos made the space feel larger than it was, and the primary bath layout—with the sink in the bedroom—wasn’t our favorite. That said, overall the place worked well for our stay. We really loved the family room, the kitchen was nicely updated, and the views were beautiful. The ski-in access was a huge plus. One thing that would have been helpful to know in advance is that parking is limited to one vehicle; since we had two cars, that was a bit of a challenge.

Charming ski-in ski-out

This was a comfortable and inviting place to stay for a ski vacation in steamboat. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and you have a great view of the slopes from the living room. The host was responsive and communication was easy. Only complaint was the elevator was out of service.

Steamboat Springs Rental

We stayed at The Storm Meadows Rental condo when having our family ski trip over New Year's. It was okay, since the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the master bedroom, and there was no heat in the bunkbed room. The walk-out and ski-in feature was very nice, but the place is pretty dated. We were hoping we could get the heat fixed, but we just had our boys leave their bedroom door open so they could use the living room heat to get into their bedroom while they slept.

Solid Rental for our Family on the slopes

We stayed this MLK weekend during the cold front and loved the location and the ability to easily ski in and walk to the slopes to take short breaks, have lunch, or simply warm up. Sure, the building is a little dated but it was clean and cared for. The unit itself embraces its retro roots and is decorated well. The bedroom layouts allowed for ample sleeping space for the four of us while the living space was separated from the vestibule and staging of all of our ski gear. Solid place!

Host experience. Had a key problem and got very little help from the managament company. I had to sort it out myself with the HOA company. Itrip has no one on site and is not very helpful if there is an issue. The comdo its self is ok. Its an older unit with poor plumbing and is in need of updates.

We appreciate you coming to visit and apologize there was an issue with the key reader. As we noted at the time, we have a maintenance team for issues but this was a lock that only the HOA can repair so we immediately called them out to help. I see they were able to fix it within the hour and has been working great ever since. We appreciate your feedback for way to improve

The location was perfect for beginning and concluding the skiing day. However, they require more than one parking pass, a significant problem for parking a second car overnight. Additionally, there were general cleaning issues, and dirty dishes were found in the cabinets. It would be great if the place could receive a facelift and better furniture.

Great location, comfortable spot!

5 of us stayed here (2 couples plus a friend) and we all had a comfortable stay. The ski access is great- from the unit, you walk down 2 flights of stairs, grab your stuff from the ski locker, walk outside with your gear, go down another flight of outdoor stairs, then walk about 200 feet to the catwalk. The ride down the catwalk to the base/gondola is about 2 minutes. When you return, you can ski right up to the door you exited from where the ski lockers are. The beds are new and the couches comfortable. Fireplace was cozy. Kitchen well stocked.
