Excellent location with easy beach and pool access. Fantastic beach views. The two car garage was nice. We found the condo to be outdated and not as clean as we would have hoped, but nothing that effected our enjoyment too much.

Close to the sand! Great view of the water. Close to restaurants and stores. Elevator would have been nice.

Absolutely LOVED the location and the view! The unit does need some updating. Plenty of room for a family to stay.
My favorite was being able to lay in the master bed and look out to the water

The condo is as pictured! It has updates but is definitely an older style condo. It was perfect for me and my 3 grandchildren- the proximity to the beach & pool is the biggest plus!! It was very clean upon arrival!Thankful I didn’t drive my truck bc it wouldn’t have fit in the garage height wise. The cushions on balconies are dry rotted. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom but a very small one. If the tv works in the small bedroom- we never figured it out but wasn’t an issue.

Only 2 cons…, first the pros….location cannot be beat!!! The views from the condo are amazing and the walk out to the beach was even better than my expectations. Very close to the pier. Having the garage was a great perk. My cons are that the A/C would never get below 77 degrees despite never turning it down past 73 (instructions said don’t go below 72) . This wasn’t a problem during the day because we were not there, but we were all miserably hot and sweaty at night (kids included) since bedrooms were upstairs and it was noticeably warmer upstairs. Second con were the mattresses (all of them). They were not comfortable at all. My 15 year old said it felt like sleeping on a cardboard box. I did not check the label/brand, but they seemed very cheap. So sleep wasn’t very good. But other than those two things, we had a great stay! Pensacola is beautiful and we love visiting!

Beautiful beach view

The property is an older unit. It is clean but definitely needs some updates. Master tub is broken. Broken tile in the bedroom. We loved the view of the ocean and the location is very convenient.

Getaway

The condo was right on the beach close to restaurants and shops and close to ft Pickens where we saw Blue Angels practice. The only negative was having to get a key. It’s 2024. Get a keypad. So much easier for guests!!

It was nice having a townhouse with two balconies. The AC unit was having a moldy smell. The lady came to spray disinfectant which helped for a few days. The couch is broken and needs replaced. Outside furniture is really worn down as well. Lightbulbs need replaced in several areas. This end of the island is more remote. If looking for more people stay on the other side.

Perfect Location! Right on the beach!

We stayed in this same complex last year! We love the location! Love the 2 separate balconies! Plenty of space for the 4 of us, definitely room for more. We did feel that it could use some upgrades.. definitely the living room and balcony furniture. All the mirrors reminded us of the 70’s. The steps can also be a bit much. We were shocked to walk in and find white carpeting. It was for sure very clean and you really can’t beat the location. Would have loved more comfortable seating on the balconies! Again, we loved the location and the space itself!

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time. This property was even better than we expected. Two decks, comfy beds, plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was pretty well stocked- very few forks though. The couch was uncomfortable and I’m pretty rough shape. The parking situation was not ideal. The property came with two garage bays but only one worked. The one that worked had an AC unit on the wall that made parking difficult with our vehicle. The unit was really clean and the location was just what we wanted. I’m really pleased we had such a great place to stay!

Beach Trip

The condo is as clean but very dated, the ceiling fan didn’t work upstairs and they couldn’t fix it, but they had a small fan on the dresser so I’m sure they knew it didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t work for the first three days and they kept telling me I’m putting the password in wrong, but when they showed up to fix it they had to reset it to a new password for it to work, the recliner on the sofa was broken as well, other than that the place was on the second floor with no elevator. But again the place was clean

Very good overall

We had a great time staying at this property…one of my favorite things is that it’s not a high rise…you don’t have to fight for a spot on the beach and the tents and umbrellas aren’t 3 people deep. The water was so so clear the last week of July. The property was cleaned well. It did seem strange to me that some was nicely painted and some parts of the condo had spotty paint jobs but maybe that’s from touch ups or repairs. Some of the light fixtures were tan and some were white, just things my OCD noticed but didn’t affect our stay. The jets in the master tub didn’t work that didn’t bother me but my son was looking forward to a bubble bath he said lol. The master bed was hard as a rock so I might suggest a topper…the bedding arrangement fit us well as we were traveling with 4 kids and they could all sleep in the same room and my two that fight could sleep in the twin beds. The dryer took two runs to get anything dry but fine if you can plan for that.it’s no biggie. It was nice to have a balcony downstairs in the living room and upstairs in the master. The pool was closed one day of our stay but it was because someone pooped in the pool and the manager was quick to get it cleaned and get the chemicals right again. The pool was never very busy. The condo does have a coffee maker but not a kurig I wasn’t paying attention but the Tom thumb store is convenient. The kitchen was well equipped, even has crab crackers. They have a spice rack but needs salt and garlic. Would recommen

Location is perfect which makes up for other things.

I gave an overall 4 star rating as the location really can’t be beat when it comes to being right on the beach and also because the problems were mostly resolved. We had to check in after hours which I made them aware of in the email and they said they would send me a lock box code that morning of arrival. I waited til the afternoon, no code. About 2 hours out from our arrival and still no code, I text them and emailed. After no response an hour out from our arrival I started calling them. Still no answer. Arrived at the lock box area and called the emergency after hours number. Had to call it twice before anyone would answer. Finally get code to get our keys and drive over to our condo. Was told the garage opener would be in unit. It was not. We check out the rooms, go in master and all the bedding is thrown on the bed like someone slept in it and left really quick.The place overall felt like it hadn’t been cleaned after someone stayed maybe one night. Call emergency number again which took a few calls to get through to someone. They said they will send someone over to clean it. The management did call me after 12 the next day and apologized and refunded our cleaning fee and taxes which I appreciated. Read the fine print in your contract as they do not provide beach towels or chairs etc. This rental is ran more like a hotel and not a Vrbo home that im used to. Furniture is outdated and whirlpool tub is broke as well.

We arrived at office to pick up key at 4:05pm. Office worker didn’t show up until 4:25. We had to wait because the unit still has a manual key (super inconvenient). There were no trash bags, dish soap, or paper towels in this unit when we arrived. Requested at 4:56pm after unpacking. No response was received the entire trip. We found large piles of food crumbs right under the couch and on the couch. We sent notice to management and no response. We swept the floor and wiped off the sofas (both with lots of food crumbs and dirt) so we could begin our stay and feel comfortable staying there. The ice dispenser in the freezer didn't work. And no scoop in the ice machine. We had to use hands along with everyone else before usThere is a water leak somewhere in the kitchen between fridge and counter. Water puddles were on the floor everyday. There was a puddle of water in the dryer when we opened it up 2 days in to our stay to use it. Master bathroom sink was dirty when we showed up. The downstairs toilet chain kept falling off, requiring us to take off the lid and reattach every time we flushed. The upstairs toilet was slow to flush as well. The upstairs shower curtain was moldy.The entire unit reaked of mold. This unit has not had any TLC in a LONG time. Every wall needs to be painted, bits of wood/molding/cabinets were missing. Furniture falling apart. Rust on fridge and air vents. The only good thing about the unit was the view from the balcony, proximity to the beach.
