Relaxing

Very comfortable house, comfy beds, nice layout and beachy decor. Great pool! Fence is very nice for pet! Very quiet neighborhood during our stay.

An absolute perfect trip

We visit Marco Island every year and this property was one of our favorites. Great communication with the management group, beautiful, clean home, and as always one of the best beaches in the US.

Spring Break in Paradise

The property is well maintained. Everything you need for the kitchen is there, even supplies for grilling. Beach essentials are readily available to use. It's a good walking exercise to public access beach (1.5 miles each way) to Winterberry Lane. The pool water is cool to deep in and relax.Great location! Highly recommended

Lovely place for a visit among family

I had asked for a place to sleep eight, and this house did just that. There was adequate space for all to sit and watch TV. Everyone enjoyed the pool and sitting on the lanai.

Nice getaway

We had a great stay ! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures . Enough room for our family of 7 . Close to restaurants and included a parking pass for the beach .

Sons wedding

We were in Marco island for our sons wedding and the house was perfect for what we needed. Loved that the pool was salt water. We would defiantly stay there again.

Very well-kept home on Marco!

This is really a nice place. Short walk to Mackle park, and very short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. The home is very clean, with a nice layout, in a quiet neighborhood (except for intermittent construction noise). Pool and backyard are just the right size for a small family.

Enjoyable stay

Nice, clean, well laid-out home for a family of six. The location was good and the area to sit together as a family was nice and conducive to good “hanging out”. The pool and backyard are well kept. We had some issues with the cable television and internet upon arrival but they were not different than anyone would have in their own homes with changes/updates in service. The management group was very quick to respond and fix these minor annoyances. All was very good afterwards. I would return for sure.

The pool was amazing, great location

Loved the home and location. The pool was perfect for our stay with grand kids. The décor was tasteful and perfect size of home for us. The back yard we loved and loved they had a closet full of beach/swim stuff to use. Thanks so many rentals don't have that. We loved they had games and an xbox. I wanted spices left there for cooking from previous renters. I think it's always nice to have and don't like buying a bunch of spices for cooking for 5 days. So emptying the cupboards so completely isn't appreciated. There was no teaspoons at all and only one spatula. Also they desperately need new pillows they are all flat and old. Other than that we loved the house and will refer more friends to this home. Great rental just needs a few items fixed. Thank you for a great house.

Very nice, but missing some things.

The house was very nice and we really enjoyed our time. There were things that we would have liked to see to improve the property, but overall our experience was good. The outside seating table and chairs were very rusty and not able to be used. There were only 2 chaise lounges, but the house sleeps 8. There was absolutely nothing left from previous renters or owners, such as salt, pepper or spices in the kitchen. There were two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels, absolutely nothing extra. Typically I see a pack of each and some essentials in the kitchen as I named. As I said, the stay was great and the house was nice, just providing some feedback based on what our experience has been in other homes we've rented.

Marco island is fantastic

Family vacation for much needed escape from snow ! We loved he location , 1.8 miles to the beach . Community center is nearby with a playground , basket ball , and splash pad . No need to bring a ball they loan them out if you leave them an i.d. The salt water pool on the property is brand new . Temperature was 72-80 degrees during our stay the first week of January. The parking pass for the horizons parking lot was perfect . Park in the lot and walk across the street to the beach . We used the beach cart to hall the beach chairs , cooler , umbrella , and wave boards to the beach . We didn’t expect to have use of these items but it certainly made our beach visits wonderful. The house was a good value , safe for little ones . We didn’t want to be on a canal with the small children . There is a house being constructed next door , they are painting it as I write this . It didn’t bother us at all . When compared to other houses at his price point , you can go wrong . If you want a mansion on a canal you may want to keep looking but be ready to pay big $$$$. We enjoyed CJ’s on the bay ,and Joeys pizza for dinner . Best pizza in town . The dolphins adventure was incredible . The dolphins swam right up to the boat and played in the wake . If you like sea shells your in for a treat . Overall we loved it , can’t wait to go back .

This property was Beautiful!

Property was beautiful and as described. Only issue we had was there were no trash bins for the trash but we just put the bags out at the corner and it was fine. Would rent again!

Great for Young Families

Our check in process was easy and seamless. The house isn’t huge but the layout is efficient and everything was clean and tidy. It was perfect for our family. The pool and swing set amenities set this house apart! We will definitely be staying again.
