Welcome to SeaScape at Winema Beach, a beautifully remodeled coastal retreat perched above the Pacific Ocean with sweeping panoramic views that stretch for miles down the shoreline. Thoughtfully updated from top to bottom, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home blends modern comfort with relaxed coastal style, creating the perfect setting for your next Oregon Coast escape.



From the moment you walk through the door, the endless ocean views steal the show. The open-concept living space is filled with natural light thanks to oversized windows that frame the crashing waves and dramatic coastline beyond. Comfortable leather seating invites you to relax with a morning coffee, a good book, or simply watch the ever-changing Pacific.



The fully remodeled kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring beautiful blue cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a spacious island perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Whether you are preparing fresh seafood dinners or casual breakfasts before heading out to explore, you will have everything you need.



Step outside onto the expansive oceanview deck and take in some of the most breathtaking scenery on the Oregon Coast. Enjoy outdoor dining, fire up the grill, or simply unwind while listening to the waves below. On most days, you can take in incredible views of Haystack Rock, Cape Kiwanda, and Cape Lookout.



The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with incredible ocean views right from bed, while the spa-inspired ensuite bathroom features a luxurious walk-in rain shower and elegant finishes throughout. The second bedroom is perfect for families or small groups with both a queen bed and bunk beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for everyone.



Located near Winema Beach and just a short drive to Pacific City, you will have easy access to beachcombing, tide pools, Cape Kiwanda, local breweries, restaurants, and countless outdoor adventures.



This house is a great option for a family or a group of friends looking for a quiet getaway. Near the house is Daley Lake, where you can kayak, canoe, and fish for your dinner. A short walk north will take you to Porter Point, and Nestucca Bay Wildlife Refuge is worth the short trip by car.



Drive five miles south to reach the sleepy town of Neskowin, where you'll find a few cafes, a pristine sandy beach, and beautiful nine-hole golf course. Visit the town for the day and bring a picnic to enjoy as the sun sets behind the magnificent Proposal Rock. For a unique adventure, horseback riding is available at Green Acres Beach & Trail Rides just north of the house.



Parking Notes: There are two parking spaces available at this home. Please only park in the driveway, as on-street parking is not allowed. Thank you for your consideration!



We’re excited to host you and hope your stay is full of fun and great memories. To keep things peaceful for our wonderful neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. During this time, please stay indoors with windows and doors closed, and keep noise at a comfortable indoor level. The home includes a noise‑monitoring system that measures volume only—it simply helps us ensure the neighborhood stays calm and enjoyable for everyone. Thanks for helping us keep this a welcoming place for all guests.

Beautiful home with awesome beach views. We loved staying here as we could also hear the waves on the shoreline. With a bonus most mornings we could see deer around the property as well as other wildlife.

The ocean views from inside the house (& on the deck) are absolutely amazing! I didn't want to leave. The recent remodel was a nice surprise & well done. Very clean! Host communication was excellent. I wish we lived closer so we could stay here again.

Stunning views!!! Beautiful clean home! Fully furnishing kitchen with soaps & paper products provided. A thoughtful bottle of wine was left by the host for our enjoyment; however we don’t drink so we left for the next guest. Very peaceful neighborhood. Is down a dirt road but is maintained very well. The host, ITrip Northwest, was amazing! Very friendly & checked on us making sure everything was okay. Highly Recommend!!

We had a very nice stay. The kitchen was better supplied than most homes we’ve stayed in. Dated, but very clean. The view was amazing, access to the beach on foot was good for most levels of ability. We would stay here again.

Great stay

This property is very clean and has an amazing view of the ocean. We had a girls weekend and the home was spacious enough and comfortable for the 4 of us. We would stay here again.

We have been visiting this beach for a few years, so we were excited to find a house in the area! We LOVED the stunning views, the kids room was perfect and the master bedroom was very comfy! We would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Just what we needed!

The house and the location were both perfect for our family getaway. The house was very clean and tidy and the views were absolutely phenomenal. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and the deck was perfect for enjoying the sunsets. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great vacation

This house was perfect for our family and the views were amazing. While it was foggy some days, the cool coastal breeze was perfect to leave the windows open at night. The iTrip representatives were quick to respond to any questions or issues that arose during our stay. The house was very clean, well maintained, and on a very quiet street/area. The location was also perfect as we were only about 5-15 minutes from multiple cities. Highly recommend this location!

Amazing house in amazing location

The views from this house were absolutely amazing! We opened the window in the bedroom each night and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. It was incredibly clean and the customer service was wonderful. I doubt you can find a better view on the coast and we highly recommend this place to stay!

Everything about this property, including the iTrip property manager, was 5-star seamless. It is the definition of a first-class everything - clean, wifi, comfortable furniture, VIEW! appliances, etc. A couple helpful comments follow that in no way should detract from renting this home & are meant only to help. We LOVED our stay!The 'walkway' down to the home from the gravel parking above does not have a handrail & the steps are uneven. Be aware. And you cannot use the driveway - even to unload your belongings because it is very steep. Off-limits is understandable as it protects the garage door from damage by backing in or out. We booked months prior, and 2 weeks before arriving I broke my foot. I can use a knee-scooter only, so to descend the stairs w/o a handrail was impossible. So I sat down, raised my foot in the air & scooted down the 'grass' or the rough stairway. The original couple who was to share this vacation with us thankfully reneged as she would not have been able to navigate the stairs nor willing to "scoot." The home was worth the effort for me tho!We thought there was cable but it was all streaming - and the password wasn't provided. An MLB game or two was missed but ... all in all, besides the steep/uneven terrain - once you get into the house it is absolutely beautiful - view, amenities, everything. Lastly, bring a mug if you like more than the 6-oz cups provided. :)We would rent this home again - it is beautiful in every way.

Sweeping views of the coast

Views from all but one room in the house…you can see all the way down the coast. Nicely decorated but we had to rearrange the LR furniture to see the beach. Futon couch was uncomfortable. Kitchen well stocked and nice to cook in watching the beach. Nice, private neighborhood. We discovered a “secret” trail down to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

What an incredible view!!!

Definitely not the cleanest place that we’ve stayed, but the view was second to none (after I cleaned the windows). Carpets need a good cleaning and the older kitchen cabinets smelled musty. Appliances could use an upgrade. But man what a beautiful ocean view from high above the beach.

Gorgeous view and a great value

This was a very clean, well maintained, little house, with an absolutely stunning panoramic view from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and master bathroom. There was a very nice soaking tub, that you could see the ocean from! The owner seemed nice and was easy to reach when needed. No drama, and an easy check-in and check-out. It was a great place to stay with our 9 month old, who slept well in the second bedroom, and crawled around on the clean carpets. Just a note, that there's no really walkable way to the ocean, and it's off the main road, down a long gravel drive. However, we found the more secluded area nice and quiet, and it really wasn't too hard to navigate. The beach, a short drive away was gorgeous, clean, and not too crowded. There are wonderful and accessible nature trails in the area. Overall, we loved it!

Stunning view

The property was clean, well supplied, and had a spectacular view. The beds were comfortable and the place feels private. Potential renters should know that parking is above the driveway in the photo and one needs to walk down a steep driveway or take a set of steps to get into the house. The BBQ grill needs a thorough cleaning before it can be used, to our disappointment. I recommend renting directly; there is no reason to pay a fee to VRBO. The management was very responsive.

Breathtaking views

This house was perfect for capturing the beauty of the Oregon coast! Very comfortable furnishings, beautiful views from the whole house, and very well laid out. Everything you need to cook. A little hike down to the beach, so fun and beautiful! Very small town, no ac but not needed even in July. Only one shower but lovely tub in master. Felt a little like a cabin, it’s not glamorous, but very clean and gorgeous, well kept. Short drive to little store, 20 minutes to Lincoln city or Pacific city the other way. Almost no signal while traveling, bring a map.

Such an amazing time!

This place was wonderful. The views were incredible - loved the big picture windows and the open kitchen area. It was great for our family- two young kids. They loved the bunk beds. The large Bathtub with a view was superb. The neighborhood was cool and quiet. We would definitely stay here again. The walk down to the beach was kinda fun, quirky, and a bit adventurous.

Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood

We loved watching the sunset and listening to the ocean from the comfort of this beautiful house! We brought our own board games, crayons, watercolor paints, and books. It was the perfect place to rest after watching surfers and visiting tide pools at Cape Kiwanda. The Village Coffee Shoppe has delicious donuts and espresso in Pacific City. But if you want to sleep in on the ultra-comfortable mattresses, there is a coffee pot in the house. The kitchen made meal time a breeze and had all the pots and pans we needed. We picked up some groceries in town. 10/10 we plan on coming back to watch some winter storms!
