Breakers Unit # 9

Dette nordvendte Breakers-hjem bringer dig en fantastisk panoramaudsigt fra Neskowins Proposal Rock til Cape Kiwanda og Haystack Rock i Pacific City. Ekstra vinduer giver dig havudsigt fra alle værelser i denne lette, åbne oase. Bare få skridt fra en let adgang til stranden, inviterer Breakers # 9 dig videre til sandet, men venter på dit hjemkomst med masser af skønhed og bekvemmeligheder. Opdateret i 2015 kombinerer hjemmet en betagende udsigt med overdådig komfort, med lædersofaer omkring en pejs og et 40 ”HDTV med lydbar, DVR, DVD / Blu-ray, Netflix, kabel og Wifi. Spisebordet, med sit spejlbaggrund for at bringe havlys ind, strækker sig til sæde 8. Det omfattende renoverede og smukt indrettede køkken har kicky bordplader i kvarts, masser af smarte små apparater og endda et kvartsbord til kontorarbejde. Lys regulerer den øverste historie, hvor alle soveværelser og endda badet har en perfekt billede af havet. Et dronning soveværelse med pude top ser ud mod havet og har tv med kabel, en konge soveværelse med pude top ser nord og vest med et 32 ”tv med lyd bar, kabel, DVD og Netflix, og det østlige soveværelse ser nord til Haystack Rock, som er perfekt indrammet i det store billedvindue. Dette værelse har en dronning og en sovesofa, der åbner til en dobbeltseng, TV / DVD og endda en samling af børns DVD'er. Et vindue til stranden giver ovenpå badet ekstra lys og luksuriøs appel, og der er to håndvask. Ovenpå soveværelser har mørklægningsgardiner, og alle persienner i huset er trådløse. Lovely Place

The location and views can't be beat. This unit is comfortable, well equipped and nicely furnished.

Relax and the beach

I have wanted to stay on the beach in Oregon for years and my dream finally came true! This was honestly the most heart fulfilling vacation. If you’re looking for the perfect relaxation at the beach, this is the perfect spot. Neskowin is a cozy quiet town, but absolutely perfect.

The ocean front condo has best views of all the Breakers Condo's, north toward Pacific City, west to the ocean and south to Proposal Rock all from the living room. Other than the than main floor bathroom you can see the ocean. New furniture, firm beds and well stocked kitchen. We come to Breakers 9 frequently....

Beautiful view

This property is exactly as shown on the listing. You have panoramic ocean views, a sandy beach area just off the deck. The house is well furnished and decorated beautifully.

Everything you need

Overall, this property checked all the boxes of what we needed. The grassy playground/common area was great, beach access was basically out the back door and the rooms were comfortable and all had great views!! The downsides (that weren't deal breakers at all)are, the kitchen is tight, really one person at a time can be in the sink/fridge/stove area and the water pressure is very weak. Sitting out on the back porch was lovely, we just wish the ocean was visible past the grass - not the properties fault, just something to be aware of!

Amazing property!

The location of this unit cannot be beat. Steps away from the beach and an amazing view of the ocean. Accommodations were clean and well maintained. O our only suggestion is that that king size mattress be replaced.

Wonderful view of the ocean

We had a wonderful time at this house. The back opens straight on the beach and the view is amazing. Checkin/out was straightforward and the property managers were super responsive. Well stocked kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay, all the amenities were sufficient and in working order. We would stay again. The check in time would be more beneficial if it were earlier than 5pm, like 2pm would be better.

Weekend getaway

I actually have to say that it is the first time that a VRBO listing has been inaccurate but in a positive way. The location, the views, and the access to the beach or second to none. Great place, very comfortable, very clean but for once, the place was actually better than expected.

Location location location!

This was exactly as advertised and a great spot to take my parents, who are from Montana, to the Oregon Coast. On the beach with fantastic views; comfortable and cozy with all the things you need for a getaway. The bedrooms have ocean views and the ability to open the windows and listen to the waves is a big plus!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I booked the residence in December (18) I made it very clear that a wood burning fire place was a must.They assured me that the fireplace was wood burning and the only unit of 9 that had a fireplace. Upon entry the first thing I see isa note the fireplace was under maintenance, and not working. How disingenuous of Meridith to not inform me of this. I would have rented this unit twice a year for the long term but feel very slighted by this company. This circumstance was very unprofessional. The unit was perfect, but watch out what Meridith tells you, it may not be truthful.

It's location on the beach is perfect, the house is nicely decorated and welcoming. I had hoped to come back for many years to come but unfortunately the price hike for next year was a bit of a shock and one I could not afford. If you can afford the rates I highly recommend Breakers #9!
