This place was gorgeous. The river behind the home was perfect. Our dogs loved it. This house also was stocked better than any other rental we have stayed in. Thank you for taking just great care of the home so we can rent again!

This was an absolutely beautiful property! We spent our mornings hiking and our afternoons hanging out on the back deck reading and enjoying the hot tub and views. Communication with the host was above and beyond! Even with a lot of user error on our part, the host was patient and quick in their responses. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing retreat in the mountains, this is the place!

Absolutely fantastic stay by the river. We had no idea what to really expect because we have never been to Washington before. This place is like out of movie. Stunned by the mountain backdrop off the deck. Everything was perfect and clean. Beds were soft and plenty of space for our family of 4. Hot tub was great after a hiking. Temperature was perfect for staying on the deck and enjoying the river. We walked the road to the canyon falls which was absolutely gorgeous especially on a day with sunshine. House was well stocked with everything we needed for a stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful views. The Hot, tub, fireplace, and grill functioned well and were in good condition. We really appreciated the ability to bring our pet. The instructions to get to the home were clear and concise. The home was clean , comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet.

The house was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The location, on the river with the mountains as a backdrop, was 10/10. We had no reason to contact the owners since everything went smoothly. There are many great hikes within a 30 minute drive. Cute towns aren’t far at all. There is a grocery store 15 minutes away in Gold Bar. The house is a couple miles down a gravel road from Route 2, you may want an all-wheel drive if it’s outside of summer. We spent an entire week here and didn’t want to leave when it was over. As a bonus, the trains run close by and add to the western vibe.

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved this rental and the location. The size was perfect for our family of four, the cabin was stocked with everything we needed and the hosts were helpful and responsive. We spent four days relaxing in the hot tub, playing in the river and exploring nearby waterfalls. We look forward to coming back!

The best spot to stay in Index!

This was the perfect cabin for our honeymoon getaway. Spectacular views, quiet neighborhood, everything at the cabin works and is well kept. Hot tub is delightful. Close to great hiking trails. I can't think of a better place to relax and get away from it all.

Nice little getaway!

I booked this property for a weekend away with friends. Everything the listing shows and details was exactly how it property was. The beds were comfortable, the space cozy and the view was amazing! It was clean and well-maintained.

I almost don't want to leave a review because I don't want everyone trying to book it haha but man, this place was amazing! Everything was super clean and the owners were very friendly and responsed quickly if we had a question, they even stopped by one morning and offered us some leftover pastries they had! We had a wonderful weekend with a wonderful view. My only 2 quams with this rental, the pictures make it seem to be very secluded and its not lol. Not terrible but we just didnt realize the neighbors were so close. My only other issue was the hot tub not being up to temperature when we got there. Again another issue that really wasnt a big deal but I was bummed we couldnt get it in right when we got there lol. Otherwise this place is magical and awesome and I highly recommend it for your next stay!

We did check on you after arrival and were unaware of the spa not being up to temp; all our spas are consistently set to 101, and if there's ever an issue we are just a moment away for resolutions. "Secluded" in our area usually means off-grid unless it's on acreage but fortunately this is the last occupied home on a dead end road! We would love to welcome you back again!

One of the best properties we've stayed at

Upon arrival it is clear that the property is professionally managed and has regular cleaners to maintain upkeep. The home is in a great location with majestic views of the mountains and river (literally steps from the river bank) from the entire back side of the home. The view from the master bed is amazing, and the 4 bunks and washer/ dryer in the adjoining room is very convenient for multiple guests. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely appointed with granite countertops, tiled bathrooms/ large shower and wood flooring throughout. The home is in great condition, the hot tub was clean, and there were no signs of bugs during our stay. The home is in a great location, is in a gated community, river front, river/ beach access, crystal clear river, majestic views, and only an hour away from Leavenworth. Minor issues with the oven not working properly and weak wifi, but still one of the best properties we've stayed at, and we rent frequently. It was a Father's Day to remember!

Girls Weekend Getaway

This cabin was cozy, & spotless, the views were breath taking, even with the rain it just added to the Washington vibes. The sounds on the window & roof was pure white noise. The hot tub was perfect, again super clean & and felt amazing. The WiFi isn’t great at all, but I loved being disconnected from social and shutting the world off for 48 hours, that’s what getting away is and should be. The fireplace, the fireplace… unfortunately we could not get those eco friendly logs to light, all of us girls tried, & followed the instructions on the package. It was a small disappointment but that’s the only small thing that can totally be an easy fix. I have been home for 2.5 hours & I am already missing the sounds of nature.

Great Family Getaway

This place was such a perfect space for my husband, our toddler, our newborn, and me that we really hope to make it a tradition and come back! What a beautiful and relaxing view! We really enjoyed the deck and hot tub, and were relieved the hot tub was well maintained and clean. The entire house was well equipped, from cookware in the kitchen to toys in the dresser drawer. It was very clean, secure, and managed well - they were very helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong dates. Our toddler goes to bed first and is a light sleeper, so it was perfect to have a bedroom just for him. Our newborn slept next to the bed in a travel cot, but as the kids get older they’ll both be able to stay in the room while us adults enjoy the rest of the house and the hot tub! Just note that the property listing mentions an electric fireplace, but it’s actually a cozier but less convenient wood burning fireplace. And if you’re picky about the taste of your drinking water, I recommend bringing your own bottled water. We will be back!

We are excited to celebrate 15 years of service in Sky Valley, starting with Vacation Rental Maintenance and now Tree Line Vacation Rentals. We live local, we love local! Our insider knowledge of the area, community, and needs of our guests gives us the unique ability to help you plan the perfect trip, any time of year! We are excited to help build our community and share these breathtaking surroundings with visitors. Our team of dedicated employees have been caring for and cleaning the majority of all rental properties in West Stevens Pass (aka Sky Valley) for over 10 years! Our businesses are tailored specifically to meet the needs and challenges of vacation rentals in our remote and rural area. Nothing is out-sourced- we personally handle all guest interactions and have on-call maintenance staff to help in any situation. Guests can feel comfortable and confident that all their needs will be met, with caring and dedicated hosts committed to creating the perfect getaway for you!
