I understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive to an uncomfortable temperature, wait for the unit and freezer to cool properly, and deal with weak water pressure during your stay. We’d like to clarify that, because this was a last-minute booking, we had reached out via email requesting confirmation in order to complete the check-in process. Unfortunately, without a timely response, we were unable to issue the door code as per our policy.
