The location is perfect if you are looking at travelling around the Island! So easy to access “main arteries” Waking up to the Marina view was fantastic! Beautiful water, boats and birds!! The balcony was an added bonusAs well, the property has easy access to amenities such as groceries, a Staples, wine store and other things. It was our first time heading this far west and we are so glad we booked this VRBO. The convenience was great and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

Very good stay. A bit noisy with street traffic and marina noise other than that very good.

Being right on the marina and close to the harbour does mean there can occasionally be some street and marina activity, but we do provide fans in each bedroom for guests who enjoy some additional white noise at night. We loved the location which was close to one of the ferries and downtown Nanaimo. The unit was clean but we did notice areas that were missed. Beware, the portable air-conditioners were noisy. We loved sitting on the deck at night.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on the waterfront. Our hosts were welcoming and responsive, the condo was clean and beautifully furnished and the view was lovely.

Great place in Nanaimo

Great place and location to stay. Would use the place again if we are in town. Overlooking the marina was great. Everything you need in this comfortable condo.

Family Time in Nanaimo

We enjoyed our stay at this property and it was accurately represented on the listing. The host were great with their communications and we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nice Getaway

Very nice condo with a great view looking out over the marina and towards departure bay. A great central location close to Nanaimo harbor area, restaurants and downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Comfortable - Clean - Close to Everything

Nicest VRBO we have stayed at. Very clean and view from deak was great. Owner immediatly helped with TV issue by phone and even sent a video.
