-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

-NO SMOKING allowed at this property.

-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME (up to 40 pounds): A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.

-Maximum Occupancy: 12 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-There is a $250 violation charge for parking on the grass. Do not park boats, all terrain vehicles, or cars on the grass. Please respect the integrity of the neighborhood by keeping the grass free of vehicles.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-No uninvited guests without permission.

The house was really nice & spacious. Peaceful neighborhood & a block from the beach access. There is a garage great for parking a golf cart with a plug near for charging. A few too many signs of rules posted. Some that didn’t even make sense or portrayed all renters are ignorant & irresponsible-made you feel uncomfortable being there! I also think being a renter should allow you a pass to park at the beach access & use the restrooms there. I’m sure the HOA fee is passed on to rental fee. Again, the house was clean, spacious & quick walk to the beach. However would not rent again

The HOA pool and restrooms are reserved for full-time residents only and are not available for rental guests. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to provide access or passes beyond what is permitted by the HOA and community regulations. This home, was beautiful, spacious, clean and very close to the beach. We stayed there for 3 nights with 3 of our children and their friends. We also brought along our 2 pups. Well stocked with beach supplies including chairs, boogey board and sand toys. The neighborhood was very cute and neighbors were friendly. The beach was very close by and not crowded at all. Would recommend this house and would love to stay here again!

Unfortunately, our experience with this rental was very disappointing. The property was not as described in the listing and was in noticeably worse condition than we expected based on the photos and the price we paid. The home was not clean when we arrived and was generally run down and in need of significant updating and maintenance.We encountered multiple issues during our stay, including appliances and fixtures that did not work properly. The washer was broken and had to be replaced during our stay, requiring us to wake up at 7:00 a.m. one morning to let the installers into the property. While we understand that things can occasionally break in a vacation rental, this was an additional inconvenience during our vacation.We contacted the management company to try to resolve our concerns. When we requested a partial refund, we were told the refund would only be provided if we agreed not to leave a negative review. We did not agree to that condition. The refund was later offered again with the same condition.For the price of this rental, we expected a much cleaner, better-maintained property and a more professional response when we raised our concerns. Unfortunately, we would not stay at this property again.

When we were notified that the washer was not working, we were very fortunate to be able to arrange a replacement shortly after you arrived. We communicated the installation time with you, and you confirmed that the timing was okay. A team member was also at the property that morning, and we specifically told you that you did not need to wake up or be present as we were handling the installation. You chose to be there for the installation, so we are unclear why the review states that you were required to wake up at 7:00 a.m. to let the installers in. You did not report any other concerns about the home during your stay, and we would have been happy to address anything that was brought to our attention. Despite the washer being replaced very quickly, we also offered a credit as a gesture of goodwill. We understand that an unexpected appliance issue can be inconvenient, but we believe our response was prompt, reasonable, and professional. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to provide a positive experience for our guests.

Beautiful Home

Our family of six adults and our little one year old grandson had a great vacation here. The home is very clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again. It’s in a great location! Very close to beach access and not too far from the pier and great restaurants. We loved our stay!

Our initial impression upon arriving was disappointment. My grandson who arrived before me came out yelling there's roaches and it's dirty. Well, there was truth to both--a dead roach lying on the floor in the family room, a spot on the floor where something was spilled. Gritty floors, windows so dirty we could not see out of them. I actually wiped the top section of two, and they would have been so easy and quick to clean. The sofas were dirty and there was debris under the cushions, so they clearly were not cleaned. The closet in the downstairs master was unusable due to dripping moisture. The "rec room" with no heat or a/c would be a harbor for mold, and we did not occupy that space at all. The range top was dirty--we cleaned it. There were no skillets so we purchased two for food prep. Pictures on the website touted a hammock but it was not there. Overall, the house is very shabby, with shutters falling off on several levels, nails popping up on the stairs, heat pouring out in the twin-bed room from the attic and air conditioning unit with paper or tape stuffed in holes. On a positive note, the proximity to the beach was good, we had clean linens and towels for each bedroom, and additional a/c units in upstairs to ensure reasonable comfort. Response to issues such as air conditioning out on top floor were resolved quickly. In summary, the house needs major maintenance/cleaning, and I would not recommend it to anyone or ever reserve it again.

When you contacted us about the HVAC issue on the top floor, we responded promptly and had it fixed the same day. We were also made aware of cleaning concerns and offered to send our cleaners back to address anything that was not up to standard. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to that offer. We would have been more than happy to come by and make things right during your stay, and we apologize that a couple of things were missed initially. The additional maintenance concerns mentioned in your review were not reported to us during your stay, but we have since addressed the issues you brought to our attention. We’re glad the HVAC issue was resolved quickly and that you found the location, linens, towels, and additional AC units to be positives. We welcome feedback and will continue reviewing these items with our cleaning and maintenance teams. At the same time, we feel it’s important to note that we made every reasonable effort to assist with the concerns communicated to us and would have been happy to address the additional issues had we been given the opportunity.

Very good location and the home was clean and well kept. Beach is a 5 minute walk.

Wonderful home!

We had a great family vacation. This home had enough room for us and was stocked with necessities. Couldn’t have asked for a better location!

Great stay at Kure Beach

The Hamptonian was a perfect house for our large family beach trip. Plenty of space with a great gathering area. Everything was clean and in great shape. Lots of parking for our 4 cars. Easy walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We had a great time.

Wedding Getaway

We booked this VRBO for our family to stay in to be a close walk to where we were having our wedding. This place was amazing to stay at and everyone enjoyed their stay!!! The hosts were very easy to communicate with, which eased my nerves as the bride of the wedding. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!

Great family vacation

The Hamptonion is a short walk from the beach. Plenty of rooms for our extended family of 9. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment. The property manager was contacted a couple of times during our stay and the response from them was prompt. Wonderful place!

Relaxing Vacation

The house was perfect for our party of 12 with plenty of space. The house was stocked nicely and the location was perfect with easy access to the beach which was a plus. Communication with any questions I had to the management was answered promptly. Wonderful memories made and we will visit again.

Great house!

This great property is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is nicely laid out for a group over 3 levels, well-stocked kitchen and very clean. We had a wonderful time snd would like to return.

This beautiful, spacious home is only a block from the beach. Kitchen is well stocked, we had plenty of room for all ten of us. Large front porch to sit out at in the evening and listen to the ocean. Garage had a beach wagon and chairs for us. Close to great restaurants, the Carolina Boardwalk, and Southport Ferry. We had a problem with the freezer drawer not wanting to open for us the first night we got there. We called the property manager, and they sent someone out promptly the next morning!

5 stars all around!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. The wraparound porch was a great spot for morning coffee, and the short walk to the beach made our days in the sun so easy. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was cozy, and having smart TVs throughout the house was a nice touch. iTrip was a fantastic host, providing clear communication and making sure everything was seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay at Kure Beach

The house was spotless, comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. There is lots of beach equipment and bikes. The host was attentive and check-in easy. Any questions were answered promptly. The neighborhood is lovely and the house is a very short walk from the beach. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Rest and relax

Our stay was very pleasant. We had some of our family in to stay with us and they loved it as well. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The house is located conveniently close to everything you could need. Any questions we had were immediately answered by the iTrip reps. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Family Beach Trip

Came to Kure for a family beach trip and had the best time. The location was perfect! Easy walk with nice non-crowded beaches! The house met all of ours needs. The big front porch and hammock was our favorite. Great neighborhood and people. We ended playing with the local pickle ball league almost every morning. They were so welcoming to us and we had so much fun!
