Rokeby Road café, entertainment, restaurants and shopping strip plus St John of God Hospital a 2-minute stroll from your door. Train station only meters away. This executive apartment boasts a balcony for relaxing and entertaining. Your home away from home, with added comforts and luxuries to spoil every traveller puts you in the heart of everything Perth has to offer!

The Space:
A perfect place for medical staff and visiting patients to stay being so close to the hospital or just a great spot for those who wish to enjoy city lifestyle. When you arrive to stay you will be welcomed with a gift of wine and welcome compendium. The apartment block has many amenities for you to enjoy including a rooftop community lounge, BBQ, sundeck area, sauna and gym. The apartment is fitted out with high quality furnishings and is suitable for a wide array of visitors to Perth. All linen and bathroom accessories are provided for you. The apartment is business and family ready. Well fit out kitchen and bathroom are modern, well lit and clean. A European laundry cupboard is provided.
There is secure access to the building and apartment and elevator access to the room.

The Neighborhood:
The Rokeby Road café, entertainment and restaurant strip is just a 2-minute stroll away with both Coles and Woolworths located just 250m from your door. Regal Theatre is an easy walking distance. The St John of God Hospital is across the road, King Edward Memorial Hospital is a short 3 min drive and QEII, Hollywood, Sir Charles Gardiner Hospitals and Perth Children's Hospital are only an 8 minute drive. The upmarket trendy area boasts many boutique shops and the nighbourhood has a great feel to it.Also a close distance by car is The University of WA, King's Park, Perth Modern School and the new Bob Hawk College.

Getting Around:
Youre just 250m from Subiaco Train station and a 6-minute train ride from the city. Bus transport is also available. The Rokeby Road café, entertainment and restaurant strip is just a 2-minute stroll away with both Coles and Woolworths located just 250m from your door.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide photo ID to host as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental. This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo Id's will be deleted on checkout.Guests can send the photo ID by Airbnb message or email.
Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 10 pm especially on balaconies.
Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.
If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.

Location location location
Easy smooth booking, check in and great communication from Jeanette . Highly recommend this apartment. It had everything we needed, and was in a fantastic location. Thankyou Jeanette & Neil . We will be back in the future for another staycation😊

Ideal location
Compact apartment more a studio than a 1 bedroom which was only separated by a moveable screen. Had an issue with an uncomfortable mattress and linen needed to be better, was limp, creased and not very white. Host was responsive to my concern over mattress. Excellent balcony, quiet apartment block and location. Excellent facilities, shops, restaurants and train 2 mins away.
