ENTRANCE/GREAT ROOM: Steps past the grand entrance, this house boasts an upscale central living area designed to make you feel like you’ve stepped into your very own resort lobby. Sleek couches and clean-lined, modern furnishings invite you to linger and connect with your guests.

KITCHEN/DINING: An open-plan kitchen with soothing blue and cream tones features generous counter space and barstool seating—the perfect gathering place for snacks, meals, and cocktail hour. The oversized dining room next door seats 16 guests, and can be easily transformed into a conference room (albeit, a lot cooler than the ones at the office!).

GOLF SIMULATOR ROOM: If golf is your game, you’ll find your happy place in the upgraded garage that’s been transformed into a simulated golf wonderland. Hone your swinging and putting skills, and experience the thrill of (virtually) playing some of the most popular courses in the world.

POOL & PATIO: Step out into the golden Florida sunshine and dip into your massive, private, fully screened 15-by-40-foot pool. Challenge your gang to pool basketball, ping-pong, or foosball—or relax in the chaises or jacuzzi while the kids swoosh down the mini waterslide. Enjoy meals on the covered patio, prepared to perfection in the spectacular summer kitchen.

ARCADE ROOM: Back inside, the first floor continues to impress with endless entertainment options. Indulge in some of your arcade favorites, including Pac-Man, a racing game, and air hockey.

GAME LOFT: In the mood to turn up the competition? Head upstairs to the impressive game center, which features a pool table, darts, ring toss, and wall Scrabble.

MOVIE THEATER: When you’re ready to take a breather, the private movie theater will be your go-to, with its 86-inch screen and surround sound. There’s even a row of recliners sized perfectly for the kids!

FITNESS ROOM: Keep your juices flowing in the private gym, outfitted with a treadmill, stationary bike, and weights. For even more inspiration, turn on the smart TV and connect via app to a virtual personal trainer.

THEMED BEDROOMS: The kids will be overjoyed when they discover a pair of “out of this world” themed bedrooms upstairs.

The Secret Galaxy room will transport them to a lush green planet reminiscent of a beloved sci-fi movie locale. In this extraterrestrial forest home—featuring wall art of grasslands and savannahs, and a leafy canopy overhead—they’ll climb kid-size ladders, zip down a twisty slide, and fall asleep in cozy treehouse dwellings (aka bunk beds).

They’ll feel like royalty in the Enchanted Castle room, surrounded by bright and exciting wall art that features life-size princesses in faraway lands. A princess even welcomes sleepy children into the two-level castle-themed bed. Getting kids off to sleep is no problem in this dreamy pad!

BEDROOMS (KING, QUEEN, & FULL): For your grownup guests, you’ll find nine more bedrooms with en suite baths and chic Mid-Century Modern décor (think: top-quality finishes, cool color palettes, and rich textures).
