You might be lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees from the dock. Very high-end Technogel mattress in the master bedroom. Very quiet dead end street. Nearly all services! 8 minutes from Publix and WalMart. 15 minutes from the Rumrunners restaurant. 15 minutes from Sun Splash Family Waterpark. 30 Minutes from Fort Myers Airport and Fort Myers Beach. House was nice, didn’t really appreciate turning on the pool tv and hardcore gay porn popping on luckily my lil niece wasn’t out there at the time, but other than that the pool and hot tub were nice, the lanai could use some maintenance and the fence around the canal, but over all the house was nice, communication was easy and fast response, we were able to check out later as well so that helped and we enjoyed our time there. Thank you.

The home needed a lot of maintenance. There were 4 patio doors leading to the pool which was very nice except none of the doors open smoothly. It took lot of effort to slide them open or closed. The house was very dirty and needed a lot of overall maintenance including cleaning the pool area as well as the inside of the house. The amount of room for the seven of use was great but a lot of issues that none of us expected.

We loved are stay, the owner was very understanding! Made sure every single issue we had was solved and taken care of! Sadly the pool wasn’t warm but it’s understandable because it was like 55 degrees outside, but some of my family managed to get in the freezing water lol! Beds are hugeeee! Very comfortable! Had everything we needed.

I’ll be coming back!

Lovely home. Loved that the house is right next to a biking path, I spent a few hours biking there, cute neibhoor hood. The owners were really nice and they quickly responded to my emails. I wish I would have booked more nights, I’ll for sure be coming back!

Worst host ever. Booked the place but never received any other info (check-in, etc) from the host. Upon arrival we tried to contact the host but never got a reply. We then contacted VRBO who eventually was able to track down the host. The host finally contacted us and we learned they had double-booked the house and said we could check-in the next day (since the place had not been cleaned), who knows what they would have done with the other folks who had booked. We declined and they offered us a refund directly "outside of VRBO", we declined their offer. Very shady folks, stay clear of this place!

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we immediately contacted the guest and offered a full refund along with assistance in finding alternative accommodation. We have hosted many guests over the years and take great pride in providing a smooth and welcoming experience. This situation was an isolated mistake, and we have since implemented additional safeguards to ensure our calendars remain perfectly synchronized across platforms. Disappointed

Sorry our experience at this house was disappointing. The owner was advised of our concerns and appreciated the feedback. The house is in need of a deep cleaning. Carpets were dirty and had many stains. Kitchen rug and bathroom rugs were filthy. The refrigerator had many leftover food items, both open and closed. Kitchen cabinets had many leftover food items, both open and closed. There were ants in the kitchen cabinets and countertops. Mold and mildew in both showers. The outdoor grill surface was clean, however, the grill interior was covered in grease. The fire pit had no propane tank. The bicycles tires were flat, plus the chains were very rusted. On a positive note, the pool was very nice.

Sorry but I have never seen a guest as picky as Jeff!! I have had, since day 1, 5* from EVERY guest on VRBO and also on AIRBNB. 2 guests left since Jeff check out, and just got 2 more 5* reviews, for the same stay!! So very very disappointed about that review. I'm happy to get the chance to give my opinion. Jeff complained as soon as he arrived for points that doesn't make ANY sense: -no access to the garage (the garage is NOT in the listing) -food open and not open in the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets (you don't have to use it if you don't want to!!! Everything is inspected at all cleaning, we just keep minimun that can make happy next guest as ketchup, soya sauce, all kinds of spices, cup of coffee or extra beers...) -The master bathroom has no door so uncomfortable situation for us (What?? The toilet has its own door, shower has its own curtain, everything is exactly as you can see on the pictures, and there is another bathroom at worst!!) -The pool makes a noise (the pool is brand new as the pool heater and Greg take care of everything each Tuesday Morning, problably the noise of the solar which heats the pool in addition to the water heater) I wish everyone to never have to welcome this kind of customer. A real nightmare for host.

Just ok

Just like the title states, this property was just OK. I will start with the positives of this property. The location of the property was good-close to enough to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. We had received a message before we arrived that the hot tub quit working and a new one was ordered and would be set up while we were there. It was ready to use on day 4, but we weren’t upset because the pool was super warm. The beds were comfortable, towels were ample, could contact the property manager pretty easy and we felt safe where we were.Some of the negatives: the property could use a good deep clean. There were cobwebs in a lot of the corners of the house, carpets need a good shampooing, the air filter in the dining area needs to be replaced, and the blender in the bar had mold in the bottom of it, so we didn’t use it. We grabbed a few pans out of the cupboard the day we got there and there was water sitting in a couple of the pans. There were a lot of tiny bugs in the kitchen area, particularly on top of the oven and counters. We washed all the bedding in one of the rooms because the ppl using that room had bites all over their bodies by day 2. It’s advertised as having fishing poles, but they’re broken and don’t work, so we went and bought a new one to leave there and one that we could bring home. The grill works, but needs a good clean too. Patio furniture needs to be replaced and updated as well. Overall, we made the best of it.

La propiedad estaba en buenas condiciones y estado tanto limpieza como la comunicación, está ubicada en un lugar muy acogedor el condominio tiene un escellente tranquilidad la casa súper grande los cuartos también está muy buena la casa sin duda la recomiendo al 1000. Además de contar con lo necesario dentro de la propiedad para q no tengas q cargar con tantas cosas solo la comida y utensilios propios de verdad q fue una excelente experiencia

A fantastic spring break!

Thank you for sharing your rental with us! Everything was amazing- the outdoor space with the pool was a favorite. We swam, played cards and enjoyed meals on the covered lanai! It was very private. The bed mattresses were also a hit! Everyone slept great. We fished nightly off the dock in the backyard. We caught and released a variety of fish including blue crab and a stingray.

Cape Coral Home

This property was absolutely perfect. The house is very nice with modern upgrades. The pool area was so wonderful, equipped with plenty of chairs a firepit and a really nice grill. The location was great, very close to the beach, restaurants and many attractions. I would certainly book this property again!
