The villa was perfect for us ,such a very pretty pool area .inside was everything we hoped for ,large very clean comfortable super king size beds Great showers .The kitchen was very well equipped.our host left us complimentary snacks ,coffee ,drinks including wine etc.We were also taken out on our hosts boat one morning where we anchored off Sanibel island enabling those who wished to swim.All in all we spent a wonderful week in the villa .Plenty of good restaurants round and about the Cape Coral area.We would highly recommend this villa.Thank you Joshua for making our stay special,

This house was perfect for us! We had 8 stay comfortably in the house. It was so nice to be right on the canal and have the pool right there for the kids to jump in when they wanted to! Bring your fishing poles!! Saw a ton of manatee throughout the week! There is a variety of pool floats, towels, and balls to use. There are also umbrellas and coolers for use on the side of the house if you want to go to Ft. Myers or Sanibel for a beach day! Our host was very responsive and easy to work with if any issues came up. We would definitely come back to this wonderful home!

The owner was so great to help in all way's. At first we were confused to if we were at the right place. The door code was not working for us, but the owner quickly showed and quickly fixed. the place is gorgeous and so relaxing. I was so relaxed, they almost got me permanently!! haha There was beach stuff, Kyacks and was just a really wonderful place. I look forward to staying again!!!

Great time in Cape Coral!

Our family came down for a week and had a great time! The house was very nice with a lot of great touches. The pool was wonderful as well as the sitting area by the dock. Would definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

Just returned from two weeks in this beautiful home. Amenities galore- you will need for nothing ! Pool is wonderful and heated to 80 degrees ,lovely view of the canal and in a quiet neighborhood. Such fun to watch all the boats going out. Our host was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had . If you are renting a place in Cape Coral that has everything this is the one !

Great rental.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The pool was very nice. There were many amenities. We took the kayaks out on the canal and dolphins swam alongside us. The only thing I will mention is if you have very young children the house is not childproofed. The doors to the pool could not be locked (even our 20 month old could open the doors) so be aware that vigilance is required. They do have a high chair and pack n play which was very helpful. The owner is a chef and cooked us a beautiful meal. It was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend.

Nice Pool & Patio

First, the house is just as pictured. It’s clean, spacious, kitchen is nicely stocked, and the pool/patio area is a great space for any family. The main issue we had was that the owner stayed on the property for the entire time we were there the full week! If we would have known he (maybe his wife too) was going to be there we would not have booked this house. There is an in-law suite at the front of the house that is only described as a kitchen that the owners may be “stopping by” from time to time to use, but it seems as though the owner is living there with his dog, which we heard frequently. I asked the owner on night two if he would be staying the whole time and he responded with a long message about medical issues he was dealing with and about all the upgrades the house has had and how I hadn’t mentioned any of them yet, but he completely ignored my question about him staying. If you’re ok with the owner being around the entire time, having several packages delivered for him/her while you’re there, and hearing their dog, then you will probably like this house. Our week was definitely not as great as it could have been. We were uncomfortable having someone else basically there with us. This should absolutely be disclosed in the description.

We disclosed in the beginning in our rental agreement that we have a completely separate apartment that has totally separate entrances and exits. Separate air-conditioning is fully soundproofed and is only there for property management reasons. Had we not been close by we would not have been able to help you out with the technology and all of the amenities the house has to offer. Also, we would not have been able to provide the catering and boat services that we offer to our clientele We have been hosting for over 10 years and it is our utmost goal to see that our guests are 100% satisfied. We are sorry that our being in close proximity felt that affected your privacy. We hope you can stay with us again in the future! Best regards, Joshua

Our family of six (2 parents and 4 children) just returned from an absolutely unforgettable vacation, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about this home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out while still enjoying quality family time together. Every detail made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and right at home. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee, laughing together in the evenings, or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, this home was the perfect place to make lasting memories.One of the best parts of our trip provided was the wonderful boat excursion around the Gulf. It was such a special experience for our whole family!The highlight of our stay was our incredible host. They were truly outstanding—friendly, welcoming, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best vacation possible. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way they did, and it made our trip even more special.If you’re looking for a place where you can truly unwind, relax, and enjoy time with the people you love, this is it. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about coming back. This was hands down one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had!Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a wonderful experience here. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and we spent most of our time out back by the spacious pool. When we weren't in the pool, we enjoyed relaxing out on the back patio. The TV's in every room, including the one out back, are large HD TV's, and the channel selection met all of our needs. We've never had so many channels to choose from. It completely spoiled us! Joshua is a top-notch host. He was always available to us if we had questions, but more than that, he treated us to a complimentary, 4-hour boat tour through the canals and into the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean. This was a 500 value for our party of five, which he offered to us at no cost. Joshua even let us off the boat for a while to experience the pristine, turquoise water near Sanibel Island, which was the absolute icing on the cake. He even had sandwiches, drinks, and snacks for us to enjoy, and the music he played on the tour rounded out the entire experience. He even took requests!The location is close to all the restaurants and shops nearby, and it literally became our home away from home while we were there. I can't say enough about the beautiful property, surrounding area, and how Joshua treated us the entire week.
