Regarding the pool, the property is equipped with a net to remove debris between the pool cleaner’s twice-weekly visits, which can be used in situations like the storm you experienced. Additionally, the kitchen is fully stocked, including multiple cutting boards and metal tongs. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: As the house is a vacation rental, our Property Manager well informed you of the rules for Short Term Rental within the City of Palm Springs. These rules are mandated and apply to any other rentals within the city - therefore they are out of our control. The house manual and pre-stay email clearly outline the rules so that the guests can't violate the ordinance. In my experience living in the house and with other guests prior to your arrival, there have never been any instances of a homeless person in the yard or in the pool. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

To ensure clarity for future guests, we've updated our listing with additional details to make this more apparent.- This home is architecturally significant to Palm Springs, and some original design elements, like the bathroom mirror and bedroom layouts, reflect its mid-century style. The mirror isn’t broken but does show some expected aging.- A lawn service comes weekly, but with Palm Springs' natural winds, debris can accumulate between visits.- We’ll check on the icemaker to ensure it’s working properly.We’re glad you enjoyed the TVs and had a great time in Palm Springs.
