Incredible property with plenty of space. Very well equipped to enjoy grilling by the pool, includes all the necessities to take a trip to the beach. And in an ideal location to explore the north side of the island. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Beautiful property, great location

Clean, lovely outdoor space. Plenty of room for 10 people. Quiet neighborhood 5-10mins drive for on beaches and restaurants.

Fun times!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was as described and close to many nice beaches and restaurants. The Casiola team was responsive to a few questions we had.

Spectacular!

The property was exactly as advertised! Anything that was needed was within a short drive, or even a short walk. The property manager support was exceptional! I highly recommend this property, and I will enthusiastically be looking to book this location again for future visits to Aruba.

The house is great and lots of room, you need a car for this house. We had some issues with the propane tanks and having to have them switched out several times over the 3 weeks. When management was contacted the responses were immediate and issue dealt with right away . This is a beautiful home and well stocked

Noord beauty

Just stayed at this fabulous rental. Presents just like the pictures. The pool area is fantastic. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms quiet. The location was excellent for us. A car is necessary. A good snorkeling beach is very nearby. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

High School friends

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the house layout and nice view. Short drives to Eagle Beach and our restaurant selections. We had some issues with gas stove, and hot water but they were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction.

Beautiful stay

We had a lovely stay at this house in Aruba. The pictures are true to life and the property manager responded quickly when we had an issue with the pool, sending someone out the next morning (it was a holiday when reported). There is a house being built directly next door, but they were only there one day during our 1 week stay and it wasn't noisy or bothersome. We really enjoyed being able to go visit the busier areas of the island and then retreat back to the peaceful house. We did use the kitchen daily and the laundry and grill and all worked as expected.

Beautiful house with stunning sunset views

Beautiful house with lots of space inside and out! Great location near some of the best snorkeling spots and away from crowds. Only a couple downsides- The hot water in the showers was lukewarm at best, even though the kitchen water was scalding. Not sure why. Wish there was furniture on the balcony patio. It’s a wonderful place to view sunsets but had to stand. Overall exactly as promised and really suited our family of 4.

Worst Vacay!

This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced! The team that manages this house didn’t go above and beyond! It was a nightmare and our family vacation was ruined. The roof was leaking so we had to use pots to catch the water and the laundry room flooded during our stay. The lack of communication for the management team was not only poor but down right unacceptable. Not only were we not aware that the town was going to dig a 4 foot trench our entire time we stayed at this house. Making it extremely difficult for us and are older parent to walk over and carrying a child and a stroller over the dirt trench. We also couldn’t get a rental car because there was no where for us to park at this location.It’s a shame since we had high expectations for our family vacation. I do not recommend staying here!

Hi Natalie, we want to start of with apologizing if you feel this way. Your review is totally not accurate at all. First of all you never mentioned anything about the leaks. If we had known we would have sent maintenance over asap as this is what we do always. Our top priority is to make sure our guests are enjoying their stay. Unfortunately you also never notified us about the "ditch" for almost a week after you checked in. You brought this to our attention one day prior to check out. At this point our hands were tight as there was not much we can do. We were also not aware of this as it was not in our property. Setar the privatized telecommunications service provider for the island of Aruba worked there. We again could have helped you with parking area if you just had notify us. You wanted a full refund of the entire stay which was not possible but we did issue you a 1 night refund to compensate for this even though it was out of our control. We can and will always assist our guests when communicated to us. Take care!

Heaven For Families & Beach Lovers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa Malmok is a gem! We loved the location, very close (5 min drive) to beautiful beaches like Arashi, an easy drive to the hotel district and nearby to all the groceries, etc you could need. We had a toddler with us and found the setup works great - lots of privacy in the bedrooms, a great shallow pool, and plenty of running around space. We can't wait to come back!
