The Haven - 3BR/2BA - Clean & Safe New Home

Modern appliances and southern decor set this place apart from your run-of-the-mill AirBnB experience. The Haven will allow you to relax and escape on your next visit to Lubbock. This house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a fully stocked and updated kitchen dining room large living room with 65 Roku enabled TV and huge backyard. The property is located in the North-West area of Lubbock close to several amenities such as the Alamo draft house and Twisted Root Burger Co.

The first bedroom contains a King size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom contains a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom contains a full-size bed with a pull-out bed underneath. All of the bedrooms and the bathrooms have been fully remodeled.

The living room features plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. A 55” Roku enabled TV is in the living room for your convenience. *The fireplace in this property is not usable*

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay.

The backyard has plenty of patio seating to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles with a garage and there is always free parking available on the street.

This house is NOT pet friendly, so please leave your furry friends at home.

**Due to the massive issues, we've had with people throwing house parties in our homes in Lubbock, you will be fined an additional $500 plus any damages if it is discovered this has happened. **

The Haven is located in a very safe neighborhood close to the Rawls Golf course, Wayland University, and The Lubbock Heart and Surgical center. It also is just a short drive to several shopping centers.

The house is close to the Clovis Highway, Loop 289, and N. Slide Rd, making this area perfect to get to where you want to go.

Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!

- No Pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine

- No smoking inside the property
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, let Garrott or Shawna know immediately.
- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
