- There is no cellular service at the property. Enable WiFi calling for use with the house WiFi
- 4-wheel drive and snow tires are required in the winter months to access the property. The house is reached by a 1.3-mile private road. Winter plowing may be delayed, and prompt access after a storm cannot be guaranteed. Arrival or departure delays are possible
- Your safety matters. The property features an exterior doorbell security camera located on the front door facing the front entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when motion is detected
- The dock, swim platform, and watercraft are available in summer and into fall, weather permitting. The outdoor shower is seasonal and is winterized for the cold months. The smoker and pizza oven are seasonal. The wood-fired sauna is available year-round, and the fixed charcoal grills remain outdoors through winter
