The villa is centrally located and close to several beaches, amazing restaurants, shopping and the grocery store. Restaurants within walking distance and grocery store a 5 min drive away. Enjoy your private pool overlooking the ocean while relaxing in the sunshine and beautiful sea breeze. Your tropical home away from home is surrounded in beautiful lush tropical gardens. Wake each morning to the sound of birds and the ocean. From your deck , enjoy a beautiful sunset and miles of stunning Grace Bay Beach lit at night. A magical view that changes every hour. Let’s not forget the magical night stars that shine above. The villa is very spacious and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. A well equipped kitchen for dining in or a barbecue for grilling. The villa has high speed internet, smart tv, plenty of board games and books. Relax on a restful covered porch or a hammock under a palm tree. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas provided. Granny suite capabilities available (at request) with a fully furnished 1000 sq ft apartment below; also with ocean views. The granny suite is not rented separately to other guests. We are located ten min from the airport. We offer concierge grocery service for your arrival and other amenities available. Let us help you plan your perfect vacation! The island offers many excursion's ( horseback riding, fishing, Parasailing, golfing, water sports....) shopping, spectacular restaurants and bars. All close to the villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beso Del Mar! The moment we walked in and saw the sweeping views we knew we had picked well.We spent most of our time in the porch or in the pool, and cooked many meals on the grill. There is a wonderful breeze outside in the evenings that makes eating dinner outside really comfortable.The property is well equipped and had everything we needed but did not want to pack - beach towels, cooler, shampoo etc, The beach (which is beautiful and quiet) is a short 5 minute walk through the gardens and across the street. We rented a car using Grace Bay Rentals (highly recommend!) and were able to explore other beaches and drive to Grace Bay for shopping etc. there are two grocery stores a short drive from the property.Communication with Julie was fantastic. She was very responsive. Myla greeted us when we arrived and showed us around which was great! Joseph lives downstairs and was able to help us with a small issue with the ice maker! We also got to know Koko the dog and the cats :)Would highly recommend this property. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return in the future.

Most amazing views from the deck of this house. The pool was clean and inviting from morning til night. We used it every day. The back trail to the street and beach was great to quickly get to the beach, some restaurants and best of all Gelato.

Beso Del Mar - Truly Serene

Beso Del Mar is a beautiful home with beautiful views. The home is as described and we had a fabulous time! Close to many options for food and really a great spot for families as well as adults!

We stayed at this property April 30–May 7 to celebrate my birthday with four of my closest girlfriends, and it could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, the casual, beachy vibe put us completely at ease. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing escape.The private pool was absolutely pristine, and the view of the ocean was stunning every single day. We spent hours just unwinding in the gorgeous gardens, which added such a peaceful, lush atmosphere to the whole experience. Truly the kind of place where you can exhale and forget about the real world.The host communication was excellent. Responsive, warm, and made the whole process seamless from booking to checkout.If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing retreat in Turks and Caicos, especially for a group of girlfriends, look no further. We already can't stop talking about going back. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing week!

Highly recommend this property - great location, clean and met all of our needs. Julie was wonderful, too. The beaches were gorgeous and we enjoyed some nearby restaurants. I would definitely book this house again!

Perfect spot to enjoy staying in

The views are beautiful, the property is exactly as shown, the location allows for privacy and excellent views, yet a quick walk right to the beach, food, or ice cream. This place was perfect for us. Thanks!!

Excellent property and superb host in Julie. She was super responsive at all times of day and night. Good central location on island was great for us to explore as first timers. An older/more traditional property, everything was in great working condition for a comfortable stay. The walk to beach is quite short and easy. Views are great as is the pool. WiFi is solid. The tvs are a tad dated but you didn’t come to TCI to watch tv did you? The apartment/nanny space was also clean and comfortable.

House with a great view and a short walk to the beach.

Gorgeous house that was very clean and airy. Beautiful well kept grounds and just a short walk to the beach. Pool was very nice and cabana was great to sit in and conversate.

Beautiful stay!

Julie’s property was beautiful! About a 10 min walk to the beach down a stair path and across the street. The pool was fabulous and the accommodations were great. Will definitely be back!

Great house and location in Providenciales!

We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s beautiful home! We absolutely love Turtle Cove as a location to stay in Providenciales: close to the center but not in the hustle bustle, close to grocery stores and great beaches! The house had everything we needed and Julie made sure our stay was what we had hoped for throughout our time in her house. We will stay here again!

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. It was clean and comfortable and had a great view of the water. The pool was lovely. Julie and her staff were attentive and quickly responded when we had any questions. Highly recommended!

Relaxing family break

Our family of four had a wonderfully relaxing week at Beso Del Mar. all communication with Julie was excellent and her recommendations for restaurants were great. We especially enjoyed the massages she arranged for us on the deck at the Villa. Thanks so much to Julie for her wonderful hospitality.

Great location

Beautiful home with fantastic views in a great location. A 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach with no crowds, clear waters and snorkeling. Julie provides great communication and recommendations for the island. Would highly recommend!

Our hosts, Julie, Myla and Joseph couldn't be more amazing! From first communication with Julie, to Myla greeting us at the door to Joseph (and his dog koko) who lives downstairs and is quiet as a mouse(!) - we felt right at home the moment we walked in and saw that beautiful view. This place has everything! The amazing views, steps to the beach, your own private pool - fully stocked kitchen and even a wagon to take your on site beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas! Julie quickly replied when one of the smoke detector batteries started chirping and we easily rectified it. Clear welcome book, boat charter and restaurant recos were a bonus. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We came home tan, relaxed and refreshed. Thank you julie for letting our family stay in your fabulous home!

Ocean Views!

This home was everything we needed it to be. Perfect views of the ocean. It was a great place to come back to after our long days at the beach. We were able to cook and BBQ dinner a few nights in with the grill. AC in the bedrooms for comfort. Games to play and books to read! I would definitely return…

Beautiful Home!

Visited Turks and Caicos for family vacation with my husband and teenage sons. Home is beautiful and very clean. Julie and her team provided amazing hospitality and quick, easy communication. Short easy walk to the beach and so nice to enjoy the private pool in the late afternoon. Great restaurants close by as well. We had a great time!

Fantastic place!

We had such a wonderful time at Beso Del Mar. Julie was INCREDIBLE - so responsive, available for any questions or recommendations. The best host we've ever experienced. The property itself is both gorgeous and comfortable. Lots of little touches made our stay even more pleasant - particularly the kitchen supplies and shower staples that always prove a bit of a hassle. Our family of six had a wonderful trip to Beso Del Mar!
