Open plan living and dining area with a wall mounted TV and games to play, fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, and family size fridge. Opening off the living area is the balcony with a gas BBQ and bar style outdoor dining.

Both bedrooms are carpeted, and the main bedroom has a queen bed whilst the second bedroom has a Tri Bunk (double underneath/ single above). The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and vanity and the property provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. There are also two underground parking spaces provided.
