We enjoyed our short stay at Hampton Beach. The home was clean and accessible. Our host was very easy to contact and to communicate with. Only having one parking spot available, was challenging but other than that it was a successful stay.

Thank you for the review! We're glad the home was clean, accessible, and that communication was easy throughout your stay. We hear you on the single parking spot, that's just the nature of the property, but we're glad it didn't take away from an otherwise successful visit. Hope to host you again soon!

The apartment was clean & updated. Very close to the beach. It is small but adequate for 5 people. We did not spend a lot of time in the apartment as we went to the beach daily, shopping in Kittery & deep sea fishing. I would stay here again.

Location is great! It seemed like a newly renovated property. No washer/dryer or dishwasher which we didnt need for our short stay but noteworthy. I'd call it an efficiency but sufficient.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re glad the location worked well for you and that the space was a good fit for your stay. While it’s set up as an efficiency without large appliances, it’s designed to keep things simple and comfortable for shorter visits. We’d love to welcome you back.

Nice!

It was a really nice place to stay. My only grip is how high the cleaning fees are. For only staying one night they shouldn't be that high.

Review of Hampton Rental

The apartment was very nice and clean and plenty of room for my group of 3. The separate bedrooms were great, kitchen was very nice and being only a half block from beach was really nice and convenient. Recommend at least one rug inside the front door. Was raining when we arrived so all of the "wet" came in with us. Would also be good to catch the sand. Could use a dish drainer or mat for drying dishes after washing. Overhead lights in bedroom do no dim properly. Can only use them on full light, which isn't great for bedtime reading. Biggest complaint is not having all info on costs up front. The additional fee, the insurance fee and the fee held for a damage deposit is not revealed until after the place is rented. This is not good. Also why is there an insurance fee if you are going to hold an amount for a damage deposit?

Clean beach rental. Newer home. Roomy 3 bedrooms. Close to beach and attractions. Allows one parking spot but was able to fit another vehicle for a day at the beach. Myself and two teens. Easy 4 days at the beach.

We're glad it worked out well for you and the teens. The location makes it easy to just drop in and enjoy the beach without a lot of hassle, which is exactly what a summer trip should feel like. Hope you'll come back next season!
