The property was absolutely beautiful and the location couldn’t be better! We spent a ton of time at the beach and pool. The only drawback about being on the fifth floor was the elevator being out of service most of the time. Otherwise our stay was perfect!

The Condo was perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. Our only issue was the fact that the elevator was down for the last 2 days of our visit. Climbing 5 flights of stairs wasn’t easy for four 70 somethings, especially when we were moving out our bags. The management company did send over someone to help after we were had nearly finished loading the car.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad the condo was a great fit for two couples and that you enjoyed the beautiful balcony views during your stay. We understand how challenging the unexpected elevator outage must have been, especially when it came time to carry luggage down from the fifth floor. While the building's elevator is maintained by the condominium association, we always want to assist our guests however we can. We're glad our team was able to send someone to help, though we understand you had already completed much of the loading by the time they arrived. Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head. We're glad you otherwise enjoyed the condo and hope to welcome you back for another wonderful stay!

Condo was in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. The view was beautiful and access to the pool and beach were great. However, the elevator was not working the entire four days we were there, and the unit is on the 5th floor!! We were told the morning of our arrival that the elevator was not working, but there was no further communication for the rest of our trip. It was extremely inconvenient and definitely uncomfortable in the extreme heat.

The photos of the listing don’t do justice to how pretty and big this condo really is. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 to spread out, yet enough seating in the living area and at the table for the many times we sat and talked. We appreciated the bikes and the beach chairs and other items in the closet as well as puzzles to do at nighttime. Thank you!!

We loved everything about this condo. We stay in Hilton head multiple times per year and have never rented the same place twice, but we would absolutely rent this beautiful condo again. The grounds were immaculate, gorgeous pool and hot tub, the entire place was quiet and we never heard any noise from neighbors. The view from the balcony is amazing and the beach is just far enough from Coligny entrance that it wasn’t crowded at all, and we stayed over Memorial Day, so that’s saying something. The condo had everything we could need and the elevators were fast, parking plentiful. After so many trips to the island, I’d consider us pretty savvy and we are also very picky. We can’t say a bad thing about this place. Can’t wait to come back!

Thank you for the wonderful review. It’s great to hear the condo, grounds, pool and hot tub met your expectations and that you enjoyed the quiet balcony view and less-crowded beach near Coligny — even over Memorial Day. We’re glad the elevators, parking, and amenities had everything you needed, and that you’d choose to stay again. We look forward to welcoming you back to Hilton Head.

Great Vacation Spot

Everything was wonderful for our stay in Hilton Head. Property was clean, the grounds were well maintained and secure with gate access. We were a few minutes walk from Coligny Plaza and right on the beach. The condo was bigger than expected and had a great kitchen with a washer and dryer that came in very handy. The host was responsive to all our questions and was quick to provide assistance while there. Overall fantastic experience.
