This was not a great time. The listing did not include that the building was under complete renovation and parking was limited as well as filthy. The railing along the 7th floor was not attached during the construction abd is a saftey hazard. There is no way this place sleeps 7, 4 at best because 2 were blow up air mattresses. One of the a/c units leaks on the living room floor. The washing machine was out of service and needed repairs. It was done at our insistence but only hours before we were leaving. On the positive, it has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Our stay was good and relaxing. I would recommend getting rid of the couch which was not very comfortable.

While we are sorry to hear that the property did not meet your standards, we are glad that so many of our guests have enjoyed comfortable stays and left positive reviews. We have looked into the interaction regarding the parking situation; while the neighbor was attempting to be helpful by pointing out the ample parking across the street, we apologize if the delivery felt unwelcoming. We strive to maintain a respectful environment for both our year-round neighbors and our guests.

Relaxing Beach Front

Prefect view of the ocean, condo had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Nice and clean, we enjoyed our week.

A hidden gem

This was our second stay, we stayed once for bike week and this time for October fest. We love the many amenities, the location is AMAZING, you get both the sun set and sun rise, it's quiet, clean, and easily accessible. I find it is very reasonably priced and you honestly can't ask to be closer to the beach, it's just a few steps away.

Awesome beachy stay

The condo was clean and well kept. Our only issues were the pool was not done and the ac in livingroom wasnt working. Overall the beach experience was nice. Would stay here again.

From the owner: "After your two-day stay the cleaning service informed me that one of the air conditioners wasn't blowing out cold air. I had it replaced with a brand new one the next day, and the pool is listed under construction which will be finished this month, I am sorry for the inconvenience. But I am glad you still had a great time. You are welcome back anytime."

Cozy beach getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our cozy beach getaway. The furnishings and decorations were all about the beach. The location was quiet and we enjoyed our time.

Ocean front

The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Very relaxing to watch and listen to the ocean from the balcony which was easily accessed even in a wheelchair. Sandee, the host, was very responsive to text or calls. Great place to stay!

Very Nice Stay

The condo was very nice inside. It was very clean and I love the decorations. It was equipped with you need except food. Lovely view of the the beach. I definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful! The view of the beach was stunning! The only issue was the pool was still not finished, which is nothing against the host. She was amazing, she was very responsive with any questions or concerns.

Daytona bike week

Great location

Condo is very clean and came with tons of extras such as coffee, bathroom essentials, and beach items. Lots of extra towels which were appreciated. Pillows need to be replaced badly.

10 year wedding anniversary

My husband and I traveled from Minnesota for our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was the perfect get away for us. We will be back again!

On the beach

The view was great but if the weather had been better we would have enjoyed it more - The room size was more suited for a couple.

The view!

Clean, cozy condo on 7 th floor of high rise in Daytona gives amazing view of Daytona shores! Two different decks available in this unit for the sensational view!Walked to many restaurants, easy touch pad for easy access to unit. Clean bed and pillows! Loved the toiletry options, you don’t need to bring much if you stay here.Would stay there again!

3rd stay at an amazing condo

This was our 3rd stay at this condo.We obviously love this place! It is so nice to stay at a condo which has consistently provided us with a clean, well stocked place to stay. It is easy to get to, easy to check in and out. No problem using the keypad.There are 2 private balconies, 2 bathrooms and a comfy queen bed in the bedroom. Extra sleeping accommodations are available in the living room which we did not use.This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This condo is on the top floor (7th) so the views of the ocean are incredible!!We watched dolphins swim by in the morning and I can't even begin to describe the beautiful sunrises. There is construction going on the outside of the building. The outside and balconies of this unit are complete and we barely heard the construction going on.The pool is unavailable at this time due to damage from a hurricane but we were there for the ocean so it made no impact on our time there.Our host, Sandee, has provided guests with all the little things to make a stay comfortable and hassle free. Bring your clothes, a beach towel and grab some snacks at the nearby Publix and you are ready for a carefree stay.There are restaurants nearby, some within an easy walk.The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, ice maker, air fryer, pots, pans and plenty of dishes, etc. if you wish to cook. The unit has a washer and dryer inside the unit which is an added convenience. A smart tv in the bedroom and another in the living room provide more than enough things to watch on those lazy days and relaxing evenings.We will stay here a 4th time when we come to this area again. We consider Sandee's condo our little piece of heaven!

Little break

Everything was perfection..nice to have written notes of things we would have needed, on little trouble was the building said pirates cove and we left the first time, but it was dark and hard to tell where we were. No complaints whatsoever. Truely enjoyed and would stay there again. Loved it!!
