The Space:

Enjoy a stay in the heart of Playa del Carmen at ICONO Playa, with a rooftop pool and lounge overlooking the Caribbean. Spend downtime swimming, lounging, or soaking up the sun, and keep up with your workouts in the building’s fitness room.



Inside, this 1,477 sq. ft. condo on the fifth floor offers an open, airy living area with a plush sectional sofa, poufs for extra seating, and a flat-screen Smart TV. It’s a comfortable spot to unwind after a day in the sun or relax before heading out for the evening.



The dining area seats six for shared meals or a game night and can also serve as a workspace. A portable cocktail bar gives you a spot to prepare drinks while spending time together.



The fully equipped kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with two stools—handy for a morning coffee or chatting while someone cooks.



The condo has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, providing space to get ready for the day or freshen up after exploring.

You’ll enjoy full exclusive access to the condo & private balcony.. You’ll also have access to the complex's fabulous amenities like the rooftop pool and lounge areas, gym, BBQ and free parking. *NOTE: The gym, and BBQ require one-day advance reservations at reception. Free parking is for one normal-sized car, no trucks, and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is just a 2-min (4 block) walk to the famous 5th Ave and 5 blocks to the beach! You'll be within walking distance to it all!

- Take a short stroll to the famous pedestrian walk street, 5th Avenue, lined w/restaurants, bars, boutique and souvenir shops, malls, street performers and loads of people-watching!

- Just another block and you hit the beach at 6th St. to the beach there, or walk a few blocks to 10th St to the popular Zenzi Beach Club.

- The condo is just ½ block from 30th Ave, with lots of “local” shopping & services including a Super Walmart! It’s literally just a 2-minute walk away!

- Vibrant shopping malls nearby like Paseo del Carmen outdoor shopping mall, Quinta Alégria and the shops at Calle Corazón.

Getting Around:

The condo is about 54 km/34 miles or about a 45-50 min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!



If you’re traveling in a rental car, there’s a free underground parking spot for a normal-sized car (no trucks) at the Icono Playa complex on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can park in the street too but please be aware there are parking meters all throughout downtown Playa del Carmen. You need to look for the meter, pay with coins or debit/credit card in advance, and display your parking pass in the dashboard.



The condo complex is in the heart of Playa del Carmen, you can walk pretty much anywhere in town and not even need a car. You can also rent a bike or go by taxi around town. And lastly, there are two ADO bus stations in Playa, with buses departing to Yucatan Peninsula destinations and other Mexican states. Great for day trips or excursions out of town. ADO stations:

Other Things to Note:

A daily allowance of 40Kw/Day of electricity is included for short-term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check-out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property, and close all windows and doors when you use it.

To use the condo amenities like the gym, jacuzzi and/or BBQ grill, you need to make a reservation one day before at reception. For the BBQ, there’s a 500 peso deposit that is returned as long as you clean the BBQ adequately when finished using it.



There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee, and for stays over 7 days, cleaning is complimentary.



Long-term stays are available. There’s a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker!



We’re happy to assist you with other services like weekly cleaning, airport transfers, tour info, and more. All of these services can be booked by contacting us prior to your arrival.



We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like fresh towels, drinking water, some soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. If you’d like a grocery service/delivery, just let us know and we can arrange that for you.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- It is requested to use the safe box in the rental for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.

- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool; the use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed.



Services such as electricity, water, and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.



Interaction with Guests:

The place is self-check in. The keys are in the lockbox and the access code to the lockbox will be provided to you before your arrival.
