Excellent location, wonderful host, beautiful beach/pool. This place was perfect for our family. Would highly recommend. Close to the main market/strip, near Xcaret parks. The beach was awesome!

Beautiful condo awesome location

Condo was beautiful and has everything you need plus extra fun beach stuff. At the best spot in Playa, pool is beautiful, beach is beautiful. Owner, Dawn is super communicative and friendly. We had an awesome time here for family Christmas. :)

Tropical Getaway

Our family had a lovely week staying at Dawn’s Xaman Ha condo. It was exactly as described with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from our patio. Dawn was a very responsive host. We had one small issue with parking which she helped us resolve quickly. We would definitely recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return.

Great location for playa del carmen

We had a great time here for spring break with 3 teenage girls. It’s walking distance to the pier to take the ferry to Cozumel or to wander Playa del Carmen. Check out the restaurant recommendations from the host - we ate at 3 restaurants and loved them. This is a very busy area so expect lots of people out and about. The condo and property were very pretty and the pool was clean and relaxing. We enjoyed drinks at the pool each afternoon.

Family fun vacation

The condo was perfect for my family of 7 adults, fully appointed kitchen, hot showers, beautiful pool and beaches. It was convenient for nights out to the town and night life. Thanks for the late checkout

Wonderful trip!

The location was perfect. Close walk to the ferry and close to new stores and also a short walk from 5th Avenue to shop from the locals. The owner was amazing and even answered questions while we were there. Her recommendations were spot on!

Exceptional Location and Comfort

We have stayed at this property multiple times since 2007. We love Xaman Ha. This unit was one of the best ones we have stayed in. Kitchen had everything you could think of including bags for shopping. We loved the washer/dryer and the beds were excellent. Very impressed by the kid friendly aspects. Will likely come back with the grandkids in the future. Host was very easy to work with. Great dinner recommendations as well!

Golf Trip in Playa

What a find!! I almost don’t want to tell others about this place, but Glenn and Dawn were so accommodating that it would be a crime not to. Come for the sun, beach and pool, book again and again for the clean spacious condo, crisp AC, and swim up pool bar staffed by the same local legend for the last 14 years. Thanks for having us! Great Getaway!

Our family of seven (adults) comfortably stayed at this convenient & beautiful location. The host (Dawn) was very responsive - immediately providing ideas & suggestions for our trip, contact information for safe & reliable transportation, and ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. The location is convenient (walking distance) to shopping, restaurants, & the ferry to Cozumel. Convenience stores are nearby, and taxis are available only a few hundred feet away. (We took that route when we wanted to shop for food and drinks.) We would definitely recommend this property for anyone traveling to the area!

Great Three Bedroom

We have stayed at Xaman Ha 6-7 times. This is one of the best units that we have stayed in. The living room furniture is good looking and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and barware. The bedrooms are all very comfortable with large tv's in each room. The deck included a great view, ample seating and as a bonus a gas grill. We would book this unit again without hesitation. Thanks Dawn and Glenn

Beautiful views, wonderful condo

Everything about our stay was amazing! The condo was so comfortable & the listing was spot on, with the pictures being exact! We loved the pool & swim up bar, the views were amazing & the staff was wonderful & so helpful! Dawn was terrific to work with, answering all questions & giving the best advice! She even went out & bought a glass 9x13 pan because I wanted to make egg bake! So sweet! The week went way too fast, but we will be back!

Great Family Vacation

We took our adult children and had a blast. It was walking distance to 5th street and the ferry to Cozumel. Pool was great had happy hour 2-3 everyday. Beach was nice except this was seagrass season so the water was a tad murky. Dawn was a great host. We used Jerry's transportation service that Dawn has in her packet for the airport, and daily excursions that were 30 mins away. I highly recommend Twin Hooks deep sea fishing in Port Morales. We caught so many fish and Abraham the captain cooked them for us at his restaurant when we got back. So much fun! We went to Tulum, then on the way back we ate at a great beach restaurant called La Buena Vida in Akumal. You have to eat there, food fantastic they have a pool or you can snorkel right there on their property.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Outstanding property with a very accommodating owner. You cannot find a better location from it's access to the shopping, restaurants and nightlife yet in the peaceful gated community of Playacar. The updated condo was very clean with comfortable furniture and smart TVs in all the rooms. The view is outstanding. Morning coffee out on the balcony was awesome. Don't miss out on Happy Hour 2-3pm at the poolside bar. The Xaman Ha Condos take pride in the cleanliness of its facility right down to maintain the cleanest beach in Playa del Carmen. Dawn was amazing. She answered all our pre-departure questions and referred us to her airport driver which was hassle-free. Convenient to have Hertz and Budget rental car out the main gate for daytrips. Don't miss out on stay here!!!

Nice Condo Great Location

The complex is excellent. The pool and beach were great. The checkin didnt go well. We didnt recieve checkin instructions until 5:00ish and our host wasnt available or communicating. The condo was nice. But their were issues. Multilple lights burned out, the dishwasher was broken, and the cookware very subpar. One of the reasons for renting a VRBO is to be able to cook some good meals. The knives were extremely dull;barely could cut lemons. The pans were of low quality and limited choice. Having no dishwasher was a let down, but not a big deal. The location of the complex is great. 500r:00

Great location, very comfortable and gorgeous view

We really enjoyed our stay there. You can't beat the fabulous view and being right on the ocean. The pool was awesome and there were always lounge chairs available. There is so many really great restaurants that are within walking distance which is great as Uber's are not allowed there and the price for the taxi's is a bit high. Dawn was wonderful about getting back to us immediately if we had any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay there again if we go to Playa del Carmen. The prices were a bit higher than we expected when eating and shopping. It helps to know a little Spanish. Our daughter speaks fluent Spanish and was a huge help with negotiations and pricing. The one time I didn't have her with me I was overcharged when I was a little too trusting. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place with our family.

After purchasing the condo, spent 1 year remodeling/updating the condo. Hired local craftsmen for custom door/cabinets/tables. This property is maintained at the standard Glenn expects of his private homes.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

This condo has its own Facebook page which is updated regularly to show you the favorite spots of the owner. (XamanHa7121) This property has a family feel and Glenn takes care of the staff well. Anytime you mention Senor Glenn, you will receive a big smile and nod from the staff.

This property is like a home away from home but in paradise.
