Perfect location and cosy house

Highly recommend staying here for larger groups. Great living area, two kitchens and clean amenities. So close to Mount Buller which was very handy.

Excellent property

Excellent property nestled into the foothills of Buller. House has character and was a great cosy winter retreat. Management were fantastic to deal with from booking to checkout.

Highly Recommended

The property was big enough to comfortably cater for 17 of us. The location and scenery was magnificent with plenty of activities to do close by, incluiding hand feeding 10 parrots on the deck and watching deer.

A beautiful architectural home in a lovely semi secluded area. If you're lucky you will see deer in the morning, out the kitchen window and from the balcony. House is well equipped, very spacious yet still cosy

A perfect house for a ladies snow weekend

The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The communication with the owner was excellent. The facilities were well suited to a large group. It was a wonderful weekend and we all thoroughly enjoyed Manna Gum. It was such a treat to wake up to snow. The large living room windows overlooking the bush like landscape is perfection! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Best choice for big group

Our stay at the holiday house was fantastic! The house itself was incredibly nice, spacious, and impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The agent who assisted us was exceptionally helpful, ensuring everything was in order and providing us with all the necessary information and support throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this holiday house to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Property comfortably provided accommodation for 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 8 months to 11 years. 2nd kitchen was an unexpected bonus. PortaCot and high chair provided. Couldn’t find fault with anything. Kids loved the friendly local birds. Highly recommended for gathering of the clan

Manna Gum - Base of Buller is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat in nature, with beautiful surroundings and convenient access to Mt. Buller Alpine Resort. With its family-friendly atmosphere and range of amenities, it's an excellent choice for families and groupsOne negative point is that the laundry room is located inside one of the rooms. This can be inconvenient when other friends are coming and going, using the laundry facilities while others are sleeping in the room. It would be great if the laundry room could be relocated to a common area rather than being inside a bedroom

Thankyou for access to your wonderful property, we had a lovely stay. Some of the issues we had were that the dishes were not clean, when we pulled them out of the cupboard and found many unclean dishes. Also the coffee machine was needing to be descaled. The fit did not draw eell at all as the fly needed clearing, this caused a smoky environment inside. Overall, We felt the property lacked warm, welcoming touches and attention to cleanliness. *

Everyone could just chill wherever they wanted – in the living room, out on the patio, or in the comfy bedrooms that were like a peaceful oasis for good sleep. The both kitchen were great. Fully equipped and enough counter space, it was a joy to prepare meals for our large group. In summary, our holiday experience at this spacious retreat was nothing short of phenomenal.

Amazing property and location

The house and the location were amazing, we were a group of three families and the house was large enough to accommodate us all comfortably!! The fire was already going when we arrived and the house was toasty warm! The house was clean and and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We went up mount Buller each day and it was a very short drive to the mountain! Perfect for going with children!!
