Modern, exquisitely decorated, ocean view home in one of Victoria's nicest areas

This home is our primary residence, so we offer it for rent on a relatively limited basis. It is bookable for a minimum of 14 days. The house is situated on .3 acres with a large yard/garden. The 3800 sq. ft. home covers two floors. Two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the main living area are upstairs, while a large bedroom and 4 piece bath is down, along with a small kitchenette, t.v. room, and a queen sized sleeping alcove.

We remain keen on securing a two month rental sometime in January - March 2024 period and are willing to discuss pricing.

The home is decorated with furnishings and art from around the world. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight with 6 burner gas range, a small electric oven, built in coffee maker, dishwasher and loads of counter-space. A large washer and dryer are located in spacious laundry room. You will find two smart t.v's . Biking routes abound from here as do walking paths in the nearby forested park, or enjoy kayaking from a beach 5 minutes away. Walk to numerous beaches, including one of Victoria's nicest sandy beaches at Cadboro Bay. It's 20 minutes to downtown Victoria by car. Victoria itself is full of history as well as restaurants and ocean adventures. Vancouver Island on which we are located is the largest Island in the North American Pacific.
