Thank you for choosing this location and our services for your rental. It is mentioned in the House Rules and in the rental agreement you signed that we only provide initial set up of amenities or beginners amenities and suggest the guest may replenish per their requirements. I apologize if you did not read the agreement and expected for us to provide you with amenities for your entire stay. Bath towels are provided at the maximum capacity of the home, 2 towels in each bathroom and additional in the closet plus there is a washer and dryer in the unit to run a fresh cycle. If you would have checked all the closets you would have found more towels. We only provide 1 wash cloth in the kitchen as mentioned in the rental agreement. Nothing was charged to you and everything was provided to you as per the rental agreement. Since all that you mentioned here is clearly stated on the rental agreement, I am glad that everything else was just perfect and you had a good time. - Wonder Vacation Homes Team
