MAIN LIVING SPACE: Soaring ceilings in the family room with bountiful windows create the open-air feeling in the second-floor main gathering space. The open-concept plan allows this comfortable living room to flow into the dining area, with table for ten and counter with cabinets for extra prep room and storage. The kitchen offers stainless appliances and a spacious island with gas range and plenty of prep space also features stool seating, along with extras like an ice maker and Keurig coffee maker.
Small shared dens on the first and third floors provide alternative gathering spaces for smaller groups, and multiple porches beckon. The second-floor porch with view of the community’s natural dune is great extension of the main living space, with plentiful outdoor seating and Gulf peeks. The third floor living space has a convenient powder room, wet bar and mini fridge and a large balcony with beautiful Dune views and Gulf peeks.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Two king suites on the first floor offers privacy and lovely, white bedding accented by pillows, accessories, and folk art in colorful tones. On the second floor, the primary king suite features a bathroom with huge walk-in closet, dressing table, vanity with dual sinks, a walk-in shower and soaking tub. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND EVICTED.
This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
