The Space:

Situated on a beautiful corner lot in a nice South Yarmouth neighborhood, this lovely single floor home has all of the features you need to have an amazing Cape Cod vacation! You will not only be within walking distance to all area amenities, including food, groceries, and a bowling alley, but you will be just a three minute walk (0.1 mile) from a private association beach area on Long Pond - perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports (2 Kayaks provided, please return to home after use). Other nearby beaches include Windmill Beach (0.8 mile), Bass River Beach (1.7 miles), Seaview Beach (2 miles), and West Dennis Beach (3 miles). Enter the home to find an open and spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with gleaming hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, comfortable sofa and armchair seating under a large flatscreen smart TV, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher, and six seat dining set, and a stacked washer/dryer. The home sleeps six guests total in three separate bedrooms, one with a king bed and en suite full bathroom, another with a queen bed, and the third with two twin beds, all of which include their own mounted flat screen TV. There is also another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Please note the queen bedroom is a passthrough from the living room to the king bedroom.

The backyard space is a highlight of the property, featuring a large yard, fire pit, outdoor shower, and stone patio area with a six seat outdoor dining set. There is plenty of space to run around with the kids (and dog), play yard games, practice your dribble with a new basketball hoop, and enjoy meals together privately under the shade of the patio umbrella. A propane grill is available for guest use with full propane tanks supplied, so fire up the grill and enjoy a nice summer BBQ out back with the family! Other amenities include window A/C units in the bedrooms, a smart lock for self check-in and easy access throughout your stay, and sheets and bath towels will be provided to all guests with beds made upon arrival. A great location plus all the amenities you could ask for!

The house and property was very welcoming and clean. It could use a few upgrades and some maintenance. We would have liked to do some laundry but the dryer wasn't working. But overall we really enjoyed it there. The location to everything in the Cape was perfect and Plymouth is a very nice town. We enjoyed sitting outside around the firepit with family every night.

Property was very clean and in an excellent location. Reservation process and access to the property was easy and it was great having the fenced yard space for our Labrador retriever. Host was easy to reach to reset a couple of things when thunderstorm caused a brief power flicker. Kitchen was reasonably stocked and met our needs.

Manage expectation’s!! This property is extremely outdated with peeling wallpaper and musk/mold smell so strong we had to go out and purchase an air purifier just to be able to stay in the house. Appears to be minimum effort or expense paid to maintain upkeep. Dryer did not work. We received no check in notification on day of arrival so had to wait several hours late into the evening after a cross country flight to be able to access the property. We won’t use this rental company again in the future.

Cozy home

This home was the perfect weekend getaway located in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores. It was clean and cozy with a stocked kitchen for cooking at home. I would stay again.

Cape Cod Stay

Nice place. The house was clean and very well organized in the kitchen. The neighborhood was very quiet, with a nice pond right down the street. We enjoyed our stay there, and so did our pup with a good sized fenced in yard.

Great location and property

Stayed with my family and it was a great time. Close to a lot but still a quiet neighborhood. Fenced in backyard was great for the dog and privacy. House came included with essentials and was a comfortable stay.

Overall, we enjoyed the location of this property, particularly its close proximity to the private beach and lake, which was a highlight of our stay. We also appreciated the fences in back yard and fire pit for the evenings & the WiFi was reliable for teleworking.Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues that affected our experience. The refrigerator light and ice machine wasn’t operational, the dryer was broken, and one of the two kayaks was unusable because the seat was broken. When we arrived, the propane tank for the grill was empty, and the backup tank was also not functional, so we were unable to use the grill until we got a new propane tank ourselves. Management was very responsive and did offer solutions for the inconveniences. The pass through bedroom is not ideal but we made it work and the grounds are in need of attention but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and fenced in yard is amazing. Cozy and a few quirks, but it got the job done. We noted the pass-through bedroom mentioned in the listing and were OK with it. Just be sure it works for you.

Cozy and comfortable, great fenced in backyard for the dog, the bed with the queen is a pass-through, which worked out fine as the king room does have a door and you can go out the king room through the backyard into the kitchen without disturbing the person in the middle pass-through queen room.I was really looking forward to kayaking, but did need help getting the kayaks out of the property ( they were responsive to this request) , not easy to get them down the street to the beach and they are heavy and doubles, which is fine as long as you know ( we had 4 runner - would be great if host got inexpensive wheel set up to pull in street ); also of the four seats only two were working, the other two were broken ( so we put the two working seats on the one kayak, only used the one kayak…). If you are able to get out on the lake on the kayaks its well worth the effort and a neighbor was kind enough to lend us a fishing pole… beautiful lake , I would highly recommend you fish out there on the kayaks. I would return to this property.

First entry was disappointing. Home exterior at door of entry looked terrible with dirt and .weeds. Path to door was uneven due to misplaced bricks. Porch was small and worn.All mattresses were sagging and uncomfortable. no chairs in all bedrooms. Sofa in living area, worn and sagging. Only one chair in this area was comfortable. Primary bedroom closet was full of misc. household items that had to be moved to hang clothes. Central air was poor and window ACs were very noisy. There were no cleaning products to use on counters and kitchen table. family room TV had 4 different remotes on mantel, none of which we could get to work, no instructions on use of remotes were provided.House needs a lot of upgrades inside and out. to feel and look good.

Not a five star experience

The location and the fenced-in backyard were great. But the yard itself, including the outdoor furniture, were messy. We had to clean up to be able to be outside. The cover for the grill was dirty, ripped. Inside same story. One toilet leaked, wallpaper in bathrooms was old, peeling off. The countertops and living room table were sticky. Had to get Windex to clean before using it. A laundry list of things that didn't work or were broken. We booked the house as we were celebrating our 20-year anniversary and our first vacation in this country was at the Cape. Therefore we were even more disappointed about the overall condition of the place. The frontdesk team was very responsive and offered to bring in maintenance. But we wanted to enjoy our time off and therefore made it work.
