Baytree 27 / Little River

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay in Little River in a condo that we liked. The condo lived up to our expectations; well located (near services), well maintained and with many amenities. We received good service from the Southern Coast Vacations agent (Kim).

Would be nice to pick up the key and drop off the key at the rental property. Was surprised I had to make beds. The staff was great!! Very helpful!

Nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Would have given 5 stars except the smell of moth balls permeated the whole place. It even carried over into our luggage to the point we had to rewash all our clothes when we arrived home.

No starter pack or bed sheets or towels upon arrival but staff was quick to resolve the next day. Was frustrated to have to go to rental office to get parking pass - added extra time to our arrival and departure that seemed like it could’ve been handled via email.

Hi Melissa, We're grateful for your patience when we provide sheets to you. We're so glad the we can boast a location close to the community so you don't have a lot of extra travel time. Unfortunately, we have to be "protective" of the parking passes due to misuse of other guests within the community.

Great location

The property was clean and updated. The location was centrally located. About a 15 minute drive to the beach. Lots of close restaurant options in Little River yet still close to North Myrtle. Only reason I gave this a 4 rating instead of 5 was upon arrival they had sprayed for bugs, which I am glad they did, but we had to do a quick sweep to clean up the dead bugs & it smelled of the bug spray. Both were quick remedies. Would stay here again.
