Hi Katie, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:  - Thank you for taking the time to leave your honest feedback. We appreciate you highlighting areas for improvement so we can better serve our guests. - We apologize the outdoor furniture was found scattered without cushions. Windstorms occasionally blow things around if cushions are left out, and although this was something outside of our control, we're sorry this happened during your stay.  - The shoes you saw are complimentary sandals for walking to the pier, but we will remove them to prevent any future confusion.  - The orange peel you referenced was potpourri for a fresh smell where we ask guests to store their garlic and onion. We further investigated and found no rotted onions. We take your feedback seriously and have made the decision to remove the potpourri.  - We were unaware of any concerns with there being a blood stain on the mattress pad and will follow up with our cleaning team to further investigate your concerns and remove the mattress pad if needed. - We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, and do not have any intention at this time to make any unnecessary renovations to the property. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
