The Boat House is so delightfully charming and the setting is amazing. Our view was great looking out the channel to the ocean. Great sunsets and in the morning the water was so calm. We had everything we needed, with a fully set up kitchen and bathroom. It was the perfect setting for us to relax and breathe in the fresh air from the deck. Our dog loved it too, and we took advantage of the short walk to the dog beach each day.

Sitting on the deck in the afternoon can’t be beat. One of the best and most relaxing trips we’ve had in this area and we come often. The gorgeous weather helped.

It was an amazing place. We had 3 nights neighbor free but the last night we had loud music on the dock till 10:45. Other than that it was fab and so was the hostess.

This is a unique location right on the Noyo Harbor dock with gorgeous sunset views right on the front porch with several restaurants in walking distance. The space was very clean. The ceiling of the upstairs sleeping area is Iow but would be ideal for kids. I would suggest bringing ear plugs for this location.

Location can't be beat. Right on Noyo harbor with community pier, wildlife and fishing boats passing by. 2- 5 minute walk to great restaurants nearby, beach sunset and kayak rental. Most areas I grew up in on the Northern California coast are now ovedone with big money. This area is unspoiled, beautiful, coastline. The cabin/tiny home is a rental and could use some cosmetic uplifts, but all-in-all a great place in an excellent location with superb communication from property manager/owner.

What a gem of a location! So much fun seeing the fishing fleet ‘rush hour’ each morning, and again in the late afternoon.WiFi wasn’t great, but we had been warned about this. Maybe an extender would help? It did cause us some frustration when trying to get information on local needs. Kitchen extremely well appointed.

We had a great stay at this tiny house. It was small but very comfortable and had everything we needed. The space was thoughtfully set up and felt cozy and welcoming.The host provided amazing recommendations and helpful info on things to do in the area, which made our trip even better. The location was perfect, and the town itself was so fun with incredibly friendly people everywhere we went.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend.

small cabin in perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay in the boat house. Plenty of places to eat close by and charter boats are walking distance.

We had a great time staying at the Boat House. It had the amenities we needed (linens, toiletries, cleaning, cooking), and the location was fantastic right on the water. There was enough space for my family to comfortably hang out, cook, eat, and play games, and the environment was relaxing. Would stay again!

Small & cute but equipped with all necessities. My husband and two young adult children loved that it was walkable to late night eats and a beach. It was convenient to take our puppy out as well. Very quiet place and it felt safe. Looking forward to staying here again.
