This area has enough seating space for your gatherings as it offers ultra-soft L shaped gray couches for you and your loved ones to sit back and relax while watching you favorite shows in the wall mounted HD TV. This living space comes complete with beautiful oval shaped marble top, stylish armchair, soft carpet & unique pendant lights.

Thinking what to serve to your family? Worry no more as the studio comes with a fully-equipped kitchen that has all the appliances you need for preparing tasty dishes in no time. Kitchen counter top double's it's purpose as it comes with two stylish high chairs to grab a quick bite.

If you have loved ones that would like to visit and have a quick lunch, the dining area would be your friend. The elegant dining area can sit up to four persons comfortably which makes it a perfect spot for a quick catch-up. Accentuated round mirror and stylish drooping hanging lights adds the charm in the beauty of this space.

Walk your way to the sleeping area and a king-sized bed fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows will welcome you for a good night's sleep after a long day exploring the Dubai. Bedroom is furnished artistically with side table, side lamps, inbuilt wardrobes and wall arts. In addition to that there is a beautiful vanity space for you to get dressed.

The bathrooms have soft fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion to ensure you'll have a great stay!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to pool and gym.

For parking access Guests need to register the car plate number in reception. Access will be deactivated upon the checkout.

The Neighborhood:
DIFC or Dubai International Financial Center is an amazing area of Dubai. It is known to be a special economic zone in the Emirate.

This area houses Dubai's most luxurious restaurants (Zuma, Cipriani, La Petite Maison, to name a few) if you want to have grand meals whenever you like. Various art galleries are also nearby for those art enthusiasts. There are also retail stores that are available for you to visit whenever you feel like shopping is a good idea during your stay here.

Everywhere else is quite nearby as DIFC has a close proximity to Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Zayed Road, the Dubai World Trade Centre, and the Dubai Mall. Leisure and activities are within a few minutes of taxi or metro ride. This makes DIFC an ideal stay for anyone who wishes to go and get to know Dubai more.

Getting Around:
The parking is available if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Buses 27 and 29 can take you to the Dubai Mall where the Fountain is and more high-end stores and designer brands for you to shop at.

While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.

The nearest metro station is the Financial Centre station that is only around 10 minutes away on foot. If you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall, you can get down Damac Properties station that is connected to the tram station, which can take you to those places and more.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
