Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you found the condo to be just as pictured, clean, and well-equipped for your stay. We're sorry the condition of the building affected your overall experience. The building is undergoing a long-term restoration project managed by the condominium association following hurricane damage. While the condition of the common areas and amenities is outside of our control, we do disclose the ongoing construction and amenity impacts in the property listing prior to booking. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate your comments and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for your 5-star review! That’s fantastic you found the unit to be excellent & very comfortable!

That's wonderful you liked the nice & clean unit for your stay! You were able to check-in right away with the keyless door access code we sent within your procedures, however the issue was that the resort didn't open the email we sent confirming your reservation & did not give you the common grounds keys right away, but we made them fix it right away as soon as you made us aware. We agree there is so much to do here and we're glad you enjoyed those amazing views! Thank you for your 5-star review!

We are upfront & transparent in our property description on Vrbo and that is correct there is at least 1 working elevator per the building which is why we state such at the very top of our property description. In the same disclosure we have been updating the evolving information regarding any amenities after our beach community was hit with back to back hurricanes. Please keep in mind we provide & update this information to read before booking so you know exactly what to expect to make an informed decision based on what is important to you for your stay. Thank you for your review.

We're glad you liked the recliners, great view & people were friendly. Thank you for your 5-star review!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, especially while celebrating your 21st anniversary. The kiddie pool and pool closure are disclosed in the property description prior to booking so guests are aware before making their reservation. We understand this may still have been disappointing if it was overlooked. We also wish we had been notified during your stay regarding the odor you experienced, as we would have gladly had our team investigate and address anything within our control. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and your feedback will be reviewed with our team. We wish you both all the best.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the condo itself to be very nice. We're sorry the ongoing condition of the property impacted your experience. As noted in the listing prior to booking, the building is undergoing extensive restoration following hurricane damage. During this time, the pools are unavailable, beach access is available via the neighboring property, and construction activity and exterior conditions are to be expected. We understand these circumstances are not ideal, but they are outside of our control as they are managed by the condominium association. We appreciate your feedback and regret that the building-wide restoration affected your stay. We hope you'll consider visiting again once the work has been completed so you can enjoy both the condo and the property's amenities as intended.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your frustration regarding the resort amenities. The ongoing building restoration and temporary amenity closures are disclosed in the listing prior to booking, and the reduced rental rates reflect these conditions. We regret that this information was easy to overlook and that it impacted your stay.Regarding check-in, while your reservation was made through Vrbo, iTrip Daytona serves as the local property manager. Shortly after booking, guests receive a confirmation email from us with access to our Guest Portal, where check-in instructions, door codes, and other important arrival information are provided. We also send a message through Vrbo explaining this as a courtesy, and we are sorry to hear this was missed as well.Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the condo clean and that it matched the photos in the listing. We're sorry the condition of the building did not meet your expectations. The building continues to undergo repairs following hurricane damage, and the unavailable amenities—including the pool, fitness center, restaurant, front desk services, and other common areas—are disclosed in the property listing prior to booking. While these conditions are outside of our control, we understand they can impact the overall guest experience. We also appreciate you bringing the outdated arrival instructions to our attention. We will review and update them to ensure future guests receive the most accurate information possible. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you the best in your future travels.
