From the Owner: "Thank you so much ! I’m thrilled you loved the view — it really does like to show off. I’m glad the bedroom furniture passed the comfort test, too! I hear you on the living room setup for a larger group. I’ll keep working on making that space as “ahhh‑worthy” as the rest of the condo. And yes… that Terrace hot tub has a mind of its own. If I could personally jump in there with a thermometer and a pep talk, I would. I’m really happy you still enjoyed your stay overall, and it was a pleasure being able to help whenever you needed anything. You’re welcome back anytime for more sunshine and better‑behaved hot tubs."

Patricia, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent stay with us. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the magnificent views from our property. We strive to ensure our guests have a comfortable and memorable experience, and your comments help us in that endeavor.Regarding the bedding, we're sorry to hear it did not meet your comfort expectations. Our mattresses are high-quality Tempur-Pedic models, chosen for their support and comfort. While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past. We appreciate your comments on the need for blinds in the living area to manage the sunlight. Our design intention was to maximize the breathtaking views of the city and beach, while also providing blackout curtains in all bedrooms for those who prefer a darker environment for sleeping. We apologize for any cleanliness issues you encountered. Ensuring a spotlessly clean environment is paramount, and we will reinforce our cleaning protocols to meet the high standards our guests expect and deserve.Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continue to enhance our property and service. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, offering an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

From the owner: "We're delighted to hear that your stay surpassed expectations! Our gate guards are renowned for their friendliness, akin to human sunshine brightening everyone's day. Smooth check-in and the condo's luminance matched the sparkle in your eyes. The balcony's popularity rivals that of a kite on a windy day, offering vast ocean views. We're relieved your beach stroll remained pleasant, emphasizing convenience over endurance. Pre-booking beach setups ensure a hassle-free day under the sun, enhancing your stay. While we regret the inability to bring the beach home, it remains a cherished part of our locale. Thank you for choosing us for your memorable getaway with your mom. We eagerly anticipate your next visit, ensuring continued sunny days and welcoming waves! "

Thanks for the fireworks-worthy review, Philip! 🇺🇸🎆 We’re thrilled you enjoyed the condo’s beachy views, roomy layout, and holiday vibes—it sounds like your 4th of July getaway hit all the right notes! We really appreciate your honest feedback on the cleaning and remote issues. While we wish every detail had been sparkling from the start, your insight helps us fine-tune the guest experience and ensure the behind-the-scenes crew gets the pep talk they need! We’d be absolutely honored to host you again—and next time, we’ll make sure those remotes obey and the floors are smoother than a beachside breeze. Thanks again for your kind words and thoughtful notes!

From the owner: "Thank you Cheri! We hope to host you and your family again."
