This ground-floor garden-style condominium is just a short distance from the swim club at Forest Ridge and has beautiful views of the pond and mountains. Drop your shoes and coats in the foyer and then enter to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The galley-style kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove with a self-clean oven. The dining area has a spacious table with seating for six. Four additional seats are available close by at the kitchen counter. The living room area contains comfortable overstuffed seating, a flat-screen television with a DVD player, and the enjoyment of a gas fireplace for those cool fall nights. The generous back deck is accessed through a sliding door in the living area, and you can step through the gate to the backyard and grill. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen television, an attached full private bath, and a separate sliding door to the back deck. The second bedroom has a double and a twin bed, while the third and final bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and some board games. In the hall between the primary bedroom and the remaining bedrooms, you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer and a second full bath.

Forest Ridge 166-3 is just a short distance from the Forest Ridge Club House, where you can enjoy the indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, exercise and game rooms, as well as the tennis courts. Use of swim club requires digital key access.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at
Pool and fitness club may be temporarily unavailable due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit has no air conditioning. There are fans in each bedroom.
Dogs are welcome in this unit; there is a $50 + tax one-time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed.

Reviewer Comments: I loved the location of the rental unit and the layout. the kitchen was fairly well-stocked, and there were games etc for the children. But there was an unpleasant mildewy/musty odor in the bunkbed room, the portable fans in each bedroom were very dusty, the lighting overall was not adequate and the microwave is missing its turntable roller. Lastly, I should be given a sufficient number of dishwasher detergent packets for as many days as I am there, not just 3!

Location was awesome and quiet- no problems. Upon entering property there was a musty moldy smell, that stayed in our unworn clothes. Cosmetically, the property looked clean, but there were puffs of dog hair in corners and on the rug. ( we brought a non shedding, hypoallergenic dog). There were plenty of games available to play, which were nice to have. Plenty of room for 9 or so people. The condo was actually very nice, but could have done without the odor.

Forest Ridge Stay

Reviewer Comments: We had a good time despite the cool weather and rain.However there was no way to get some heat in the condo, leading to a very cold experience. We used blankets from our car to keep us warm while sitting in the living room. Also, as we had stayed at the same location last year, and noticed that the sliding glass door in the bedroom did not lock and reported it, we ran into the same situation again this year. Not many lamps, providing it difficult to read in bed with only one lamp on one side of the bed. However overall the place was in good condition and nicey kept up.

Deplorable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived knowing this unit is dog friendly. The entire unit smelled of stale cat urine and vinegar. The bedrooms were the worst since those rooms are carpeted. None of the televisions worked or remotes had no batteries. There were snots wiped on the walls and stains on the table, kitchen bench and the walls. One of the bedrooms has stains all over the ceiling- most likely mold spots. The kitchen chair was broken and so wasn't one of the table drawers. The beds are so old the squeak when you sit on them and the full sized bed had a huge divot so you sink in. Thankfully, loon reservations were able to move us the next morning.

Our experience was overall very satisfying. The location of the condo was opportune as it was adjacent to the pool which we frequented daily. The area is very clean and quite and all the staff was very friendly and accomodating

The property is nice. I was happy with the dog friendly condo. We had access to the Sports Club which had an indoor and outdoor pool. The property was in a good location cloae to restaurants and other attraction

Very nice condo. Would stay again. Problems, no ice cubes, scratch on door leading to mud room, panel on blinds in living room, dirty, the lock on the bedroom door leading to the deck must be checked on.Overall, owners very generous with supplies, and little gift that they leave. Enjoyed our weekend in your beautiful place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was clean but there was definitely signs of wear. Considering how high the pet fee was, I was surprised to see scratches on the doors etc. from previous guests. That being said, we loved how quiet it was and there was lots of green spaces for the dogs.

Anniversary Get Away

The description was accurate with the layout, amenities and location. The only thing is when you walk in to the unit there is a very strong musty smell. I emptied the dishwasher and dusted the coffee table. Restaurants were close by and we enjoyed some delicious meals. I would recommend this location for easy access for everything the mountains have to offer.

Moldy smell in entrance (rug)? Floors had to be mopped (socks got dirty) dirty wash cloth in drawer of bureau, light bulb burnt out outside patio couldn’t use or see at night, patio door glass dirty, who ever cleans the place does an awful job. Could not figure out how to use the master bedroom tv. Master bathroom tub faucet drips, deadbolt on entry door needs tightening, inside drawer of oven needs cleaning. I used the oven top cleaner and had to scrape the burnt on ring off the burner as it smelled bad while cooking. The pull out spray in the kitchen sink doesn’t work right. The garbage cans had stinky stuff in the bottoms of them. Bad odor every time the drawer was opened. The hand soap dispensers were watered down and running out. Anyone walking around upstairs is noisy..woken up early due to it. Someone left a dog duty bag near the entry to the place I threw it out so I wouldn’t be blamed for it. The hot tub and pool looked ok but I did not use them.The view from the living room was pleasant and the gas fireplace was a nice touch. The living room furniture is super uncomfortable to sit in. No back support at all.It was nice that it is a pet friendly place and near attractions and the Kancamagus Hwy.
