Great stay (except check-in)

With the exception of the check-in process the property and overall experience were great. My comments below on the check-in experience: What happened: We arrived at the property at 11pm which was much later than originally anticipated and communicated to the owner. During the trip I asked and received from the owner the passcode to enter the property as I could not find the relevant e-mail that had originally been sent to my e-mail address. Upon arrival and trying to enter the property it became apparent that the owner had provided the wrong passcode. I should note that the outside temperature was -18 degrees F. After several attempts to get in touch with the owner (who was asleep at that time), I called Vrbo hoping to get help with the situation. After an hour of speaking with the agents, my family and I were still locked outside the property and trying to manage the situation from the car at freezing temperatures. While the agents I spoke with were sincerely apologetic and kind, nothing really happened. I was told that a message had gone out to the Vrbo team that would re-book us somewhere else for the night (and I am sure it was the case) but nobody called us. In the end, and after going through all my e-mail folders on my phone I was able to locate the original e-mail with the correct passcode in my spam folder. As I'm running out of writing space, feel free to reach out to discuss if it would be helpful. There is a structural issue here that needs a solution.

Our host, Elena was wonderful as were the accomodations, location to the north lift, and bistro. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets over the frozen lake, cozy nights by the living room fireplace, and the convenience of a full kitchen. Getting to the north lift of Tremblant, the better side of the mountain, was an easy 8 minute drive and quick walk from the lot to the lift. The bistro on the property is wonderful. We tried most everything on the menu and it was all delicious. The lamb, duck, and salmon were our favorites. Elena was a great resource and made us feel very comfortable. We can't wait to revisit Tremblant again next winter and possibly even summer 2024.

Wonderful stay

This was our first time renting this property through VRBO and our host Elena was fabulous. I loved knowing exactly where my unit was and what floor facing the lake. The place is gorgeous the unit was an amazing location. Elena are host was SO fast and patient with all my questions - so so super responsive. We will visit again and highly recommend!

Hi ! I’m Elena. I got this beautiful place and wanted to share it with the world. We love nature. My husband likes to take the pedalo and fish in the lake. Me and the girls love to kayak and paddle board in the lake. We also love going hiking in Parc National of Mont-Tremblant. Their is the bike path (piste du nord) that is gorgeous, no hills and surrounded by nature and waterstreams. We love to grill something of the bbq on the balcony surrounded by a spectacular view. The city of St-Jovite has alot of cute and good restaurants, village Mont-Tremblant is always nice. Me and my husband love to golf and lots of options here with extremely beautiful courses. Skiing is easy access from my place lots of options but the closest is station nord of Mont-Tremblant. Hope you can experience it as we do. Enjoy.

Don’t need to worry , we got it all from kayaks to restaurants and food shopping on site .The little market on the site offers prepared meals, sandwiches and coffee. Their is a bistro on site as well with great Hamburgers and fish and chip and more.
