Place was great. Back door to master bedroom would never lock. You could turn the lock but my 7 year old was able to open it as soon as you did.

Beautiful place and perfect location.

The rental was everything it was advertised to be. We really enjoyed staying here. The only issue we had was with the wifi, the connection was spotty at time.

Great little getaway

The property was as described…well maintained and spacious. Close proximity to the beach and several restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to downtown Savannah…we truly enjoyed our stay, from accommodations to location and the property manager checking on us our second day to ensure all was well…would definitely rent again!!

Nice stay for the winter birds!

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beach. Nice destination/location. Great food. Great attractions. Note: Upon arrival was a minor hiccup with housekeeping not cleaning highly used areas like the light switches, lamp knobs, door handles and remotes so I did the work for them. We will return one day soon Lords Willing!

Beautiful place! Excellent communication! Only a couple small issues, master bathroom sink wasn’t draining very well and the elevator didn’t work when we were checking out so we had to carry everything down several flights of stairs. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely go back!

Horrible

We stayed here for the week and the elevator was not working, we stayed here because of elevator access since having just had a complete knee replacement surgery. It made for a very miserable time.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator being out of service during your stay. Once we were made aware of the issue, we immediately contacted the HOA to have it checked. Unfortunately, they informed us that it couldn’t be repaired in time for your visit. We completely respect your decision not to move to the alternative ground unit offered, especially considering your recent knee surgery. We regret this was your experience and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the near future. -SBVR Team Mia

Tybee beach condo

We did not realize that the TV in the master bedroom was only for playing DVD’s so therefore we had none with us. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the walk way needs some work it is sagging and doesn’t feel safe. My husband noticed at the closest end to the elevator there is one of the supports rotted out. As we are older and didn’t have any children with us but that would be a concern for children being on the 3rd floor. The inside was wonderful everything I would expect a beach house to look like and more. I wish there would have been more silverware but everything else was perfect.

There are several items that should be addressed by the staff.1. The main bathroom sink is missing the sink plunger which could be very problematic should someone drop something in the sink . There is nothing to stop any item until it is in the pipes in the gooseneck under the sink.2. There were 3 pepper shakers and no salt. ( Interesting) We purchased a salt and pepper shaker set for the apartment and left them for your next clients.3. The TV channeling was a challenge to find local news . I am guilty of not thoroughly reading all of the notebook you supplied , so the guidance I needed may have been in that .4. The internet went in and out on its own. Clueless as to what that problem was all about.5. Kleenex would have been nice in each bathroom like every hotel/motel supplies.6. We left several food items of which were good and putting them in the trash seemed inappropriate and wasteful. Hopefully someone in your staff could use them.7. I very much appreciated you checking on us when we arrived to confirm we had no problems. This contact by text made us feel comfortable that there ones someone on staff in case we need anything.8. Each bedroom definitely need cabinets with drawers for putting clothes out of suitcases and into some kind of out of site furniture. .Simple "Chest of Drawers"9. The table supposedly to be used as an eating table could be improved. It appeared to be more appropriate as a game table for 2 people instead of a functional eating table.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your stay. We truly appreciate the thoughtful suggestions and observations you provided. We’re glad to hear you appreciated our team checking in after your arrival and that it helped you feel comfortable during your stay. We also appreciate you leaving behind the salt and pepper shakers for future guests — that was very thoughtful. Your comments regarding the sink, internet connectivity, furnishings, dining table, and additional bathroom items have been shared with our team for review and consideration as we continue making improvements to the home and guest experience. Thank you again for your helpful feedback and for staying with us.

Close to the Beach

5 minute stroll to Tybee beach. Very Clean. Was quiet during our stay. Could use a window treatment over the Main Room that faces the street so you don't have to get up at dawn. Parking is tight in the covered parking. Nice amenities. Will probably return next fall.
