Thank you for staying at our beach townhome! We're happy communication was smooth and that the prime location—just a few blocks from the ocean—worked well for you. We do clean the back patio table and chairs before every arrival. However, the salt air and coastal breeze here in Jacksonville Beach can quickly bring in leaves and debris and pollen during the spring — it’s very common in this beach area. The Adirondack chairs are kept stacked when not in use (many guests prefer them that way). The property is an end-unit townhome in a neighborhood of townhomes. The backyard is fully fenced for privacy. There is only one neighboring townhome directly to the side and one behind — typical for this charming beach community. The sheer/gauze window treatments in the living area are exactly as shown in the listing photos. They provide beautiful natural light while offering basic coverage.
