Loved the house for 3 families traveling together. Slept 11 ppl comfortably. Plenty to do for the kids. Pool is not heated so April it was really cold, kids did not swim were bummed. Other than that. It was great!

Perfect house for big families. Kids love the game room. Liked there were two living rooms. Enjoyed the fire pit. Beautiful pool, kids loved the diving board. Was close to food and shopping.

This is the second time we've stayed here for a guys golf trip and both times have been fantastic. All the fun games you need for when you are not on the course and tons of courses nearby. In addition, Jenalisa, our local contact was as good as can be in terms of response times with questions and requests. Could not recommend this place enough.

Family Weekend

This property was perfect for a stay with family in town to celebrate my son’s graduation. The game room was the perfect gathering place for my adult children and there was plenty of room to relax and connect.

Lutz vacation home

The home was huge and had something to offer all of us ! There were twelve of us and the kids were busy every minute between the pool and the game room. Our host was great and very accessible ! Great place for a large family or friends vacation together.

Wonderful stay. So many bed and sleeping options!! The pool was wonderful, if a bit of an ice bath (Completely normal! Our visit was in December!). Stayed in regular contact with the personal manager and overall had a lovely stay. The bonus game room was SO GREAT!!!

Nice House and Amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at this house while playing golf in the area. The game room is a lot of fun and everything works great. The grill worked great as well. The bedrooms were nice and clean, as well as plenty of hot water for all showers even with four grown men taking a shower in separate bathrooms before and after golfing. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. I also liked how secluded and private it is. The fire pit is clutch!

Great space and lots of fun

This home had everything we needed! Close enough to Tampa, private and tranquil, great game room, pool and more. We celebrated our daughters college graduation, the entire family was able to stay under one roof and enjoy the comforts of this home. One issue, the AC thermostat stopped working but no problem, our host had it fixed within hours! Very responsive.

Quiet, comfortable house

We had a great time at this house. There's lots of rooms and comfortable seating for relaxing and enjoying time with family. The decor was well thought out and stylish. And we appreciated the and after our last rental, we appreciated the upgraded windows and sliding doors (which make for very quiet sleeping). Our son enjoyed sleeping in the kids room (very comfortable and lots of room with 4 bunks). There was a hiccup at the beginning (some damage caused by the previous renter). But Tina told us about it and took care of it. Highly recommended!

Hockey Trip

Our women’s hockey team was in Tampa for the National Hockey tournament for 60 and over. We loved the place. The only complaint was bathrooms. People felt like the big bathroom was for the large bedroom even though it was separate. The small bathroom was contained in one of the bedrooms leaving just the one other bathroom. It worked out fine. The pool and large rooms were the biggest benefit for us as most of our team was staying there and we could eat or watch the WILD together. The location was also nice - about 20 minutes to the rink. We had 5games and won the championship so we celebrated quietly at our Tampa home. We wouldn’t mind staying there again next year.

Few Snags

The property was beautiful, just a few little snags. The dishwasher did not work, the oven wouldn't close properly so cooking was difficult. Kitchen missing a lot of necessary items ie, hot pads, decent sturdy spatulas. The pool was freezing and unswimmable. And the internet and TVs kept going in and out and crashed entirely during the overtime of the superbowl.

Not worth the money and not clean!

We encountered multiple issues during our stay.The master bathroom water smelled horribly of sulfur.We contacted the property manager and they said they would send out a repair person.That person was not available until the week following our stay.The smell was so strong it made showering unbearable in the master shower.The other issue with the master shower was the control panel for the shower does not work.The buttons are all broken.We asked how to operate the shower and the property manager stated "the buttons no longer work.Owner had it looked at to be replaced, however they will have to knock out the entire wall and she hasn;t decided to do that yet." the dishwasher wasn;t working properly and we asked the property manager about it since it didn;t clean the dishes and there was a large build-up of food and debris in the bottom.We were then told the maintenance person was in the hospital and they will try to find a repair company to come out and look. I sent pictures of the inside of the dishwasher and the response was that they were sorry they missed it during cleaning.I also sent a picture of the kitchen dining room table.It has a removable glass top that food can easily get trapped in.I showed the property manager that there was old food/rice stuck in the table that was not clean.The reponse was "we have had back to backs for most of the summer so time for deeper cleans and repairs have been short."I am thoroughly appalled and disgusted!We would like a refund!!

After reviewing your feedback, we spoke with the homeowner, and they provided the following information:-Cleanliness: We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. Most reviews of the property are 5-star, with cleanliness frequently mentioned. However, it’s possible something was missed during your stay. The home is professionally cleaned after each guest checks out, the sheets are laundered by a professional service, and both the pool and yard are maintained by specialized crews. We’ve spoken with all service providers to reinforce our high standards. I apologize if anything fell short during your stay.-Water: The property uses well water, which naturally contains sulfur and iron. The sulfur can cause an odor, and the iron can lead to slight discoloration. Although the home is equipped with a top-tier, 3-year-old Kinetico water softening and conditioning system, it stopped working properly during your stay. We immediately contacted our water service provider, Superior Water, but due to staffing issues, they couldn’t service the system until the day after your departure. We ensured that the water was safe to bathe in and drink, and provided three cases of bottled water for your family. We also offered to provide more bottled water if needed to minimize the inconvenience.-Master Shower: The master shower features a built-in panel with jets and nozzles. Unfortunately, the additional jets are no longer functioning, though the main shower head remains fully operational. Since repairing the panel requires significant tile work, we are evaluating the best time to make these repairs to avoid disrupting future guest stays.-Dishwasher: The dishwasher has been used regularly by other guests and our cleaning crew without any issues. When you reported a problem, we offered to send an appliance repair company, but you chose to wash the dishes by hand instead. We respect our guests' privacy and typically schedule non-emergency repairs after check-out if requested. We regret that the dishwasher didn’t function properly during your stay. Since your departure, it has been used multiple times without any complaints. However, we will consider replacing it if further issues arise, as we are always committed to providing an excellent guest experience.-Dining Table: The glass-top dining table can occasionally trap crumbs in the small seam between the glass and frame. Removing the heavy glass requires multiple people, so we clean the area beneath the glass as needed. We have instructed our cleaning crew to regularly check this seam to prevent the issue from recurring for future guests.-Dryer: After you reported an issue with the dryer, we immediately sent Aikens Repair Service for a same-day repair. The dryer, which is only three years old, was found to be in perfect working condition, heating properly on all settings. While no repairs were needed, we had the vents cleaned to ensure continued optimal performance. The dryer was used by the cleaning crew before and after your stay, and no issues have been reported.We strive to ensure a pleasant stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Perfect for a large family!

Where do I even start with this one? Our family of 17 visited from Minnesota for an event in Tampa. We have rented a lot of houses over the years and this one ranks in the top 3 without a doubt. Bedrooms: there is enough space and the kids bunk room was perfect! There was enough bedding for what we needed and everything was clean. Each bedroom had a nice large TV and space for luggage. Kitchen: The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home during our stay. The appliances were all in working order and were clean. Living Space: we loved that there were two different living spaces that were still close to each other. Both had comfy couches and large TVs. The main living room had huge pullout couches that the older kids slept on. Amenities: the game room was hands down the best part of our stay. The pool was huge and the kids had a blast! The water was a little cold but we were there in February so we expected that. We had a kickball game in the front yard and the little kids loved seeing the horses in the back. The location of the house was amazing- 20 minutes from downtown Tampa yet you felt like you were in the space of country living. We felt safe at this house and there were little alarms on all of the doors so the little kids couldn't escape without someone knowing! Everything from the booking, to the communication leading up to our trip, to the check-in/check-out was a breeze. There are plenty of shopping options nearby but we used Instacart for most of our groceries just out of convenience. We also used DoorDash a few times and there hundreds of restaurants to choose from on there. It is apparent that the owners put a lot of thought into their rental- including the snacks that they leave on the counter (which came handy when we arrived at 2 AM from the airport!) Not many rentals include things like extra paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc...but this one did and we thank you for that! If we are ever in the area, we will for sure be looking up the Lutz house again! Thank you!
