This house was excellent and our stay was flawless. The location is just a short one block walk to the beach and is really close to anything you may need right off of the ocean drive. The house and pool were tremendous and the family really enjoyed the theater room for the big game. Ronny the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. You will not regret staying in this gorgeous home!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, modern home! The house was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed – from kitchen essentials to fresh linens and toiletries. It’s clear that the owners put a lot of thought into making sure guests feel comfortable.One of the best parts is that the house is truly pet-friendly. The yard is well-gated, so we never had to worry about our dog wandering off. They even provided doggy bowls and other pet essentials, which was a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable.The design is stylish and welcoming, and everything was well-maintained and clean. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again!

Sun, Sand, and the Perfect Stay

We had an incredible stay at this Fort Lauderdale rental! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy sunrise walks and lazy afternoons by the ocean. The house itself was fantastic: modern, spotless, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The private pool was a definite highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. We also loved having great restaurants and shops within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The property owner was responsive and attentive, which made the whole experience seamless. We absolutely plan on booking this place again—it was everything we hoped for and more!

Perfect beach home

Perfect for a family, comfortable beds, access to the beach, great pool and bbq. Exec house, wealthy neighborhood will simple access to shops restaurants and Ft Lauderdale airport, around 45 minutes from MIA also.

Perfect!

Beautiful home. A rare rental that actually lives up to the photos! This is clearly a place that the owners care about, not just a rental. All members of our party were comfortable and there were wonderful spaces to socialize but also the bedrooms were big enough that everyone had their own space. The pool was wonderful and you can’t beat being a block from the beach. Absolutely no complaints and we hope to stay again sometime!

Property is beautiful, clean, well equipped, and maintained. Property manager (Ron) is very helpful and responsive. Movie room was a great way to spend evenings with the family. Proximity to the beach—amazing!

Amazing property within walking distance to beach

What a beautiful property Checkin in was so easy and Flexible We traveled with a 14 month old and 2 1/2 yo and they allowed checkin to coincide with our flight arrival which was wonderful due to naps!! Crib, toys in garage wagon for beach, beach toys, pool floats etc!! The kitchen had all the little extras you need Towels for beach and pool! I could go on and on. The movie room was amazing Remember your Netflix passwords to access tvs! Owner was super responsive and we loved our vacation

Great house

We were 7 adults and a toddler. The house worked out great for us! The pool was great and it was an easy walk to the beach. The house was so well supplied and had kid toys, beach toys, coolers, a wagon and umbrella for the beach. Ronnie (the manager) was incredibly friendly and nice and made everything easy for us. The only thing we didn’t like was the security gate across the driveway but we learned to deal with it. Also we had to buy black construction paper to make the baby’s room dark enough for naps. But it was easy to find at the nearby Target.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach area property in Fort Lauderdale, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking ocean views only a block away and the impeccable attention to detail throughout the home.The property itself is a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every room was thoughtfully designed, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen, cozy living area, and the serene outdoor space that offered the perfect spot to relax and soak in the sun. The pool is next level!A special shoutout to Ron, the property manager, who was absolutely fantastic. His responsiveness and dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect did not go unnoticed. Location but needs more attention to detail

The good: Location is fantastic. SO MANY beach supplies and kid supplies! Fantastic to not have to buy toys. Looks just like the photos. Beds are comfortable. The bizarre: No blackout blinds on any windows. Even in the baby room with the crib and bunk beds. The master bedroom was UNUSEABLE because the sun comes in and the room gets so hot and bright it's impossible to sleep past sunrise. I flew my nanny in and would have LOVED to sleep in a bit on vacation. I ended up sleeping in the bunk bed with my 5 year old because the master was just too bight every morning. My teen wouldn't even sleep in it. She opted to sleep in a lazy boy chair. I can't imagine how hot it gets during the summer. This price point is for travelers who are accustomed to attention to detail - this is a huge oversight. The refrigerator stopped working. Just stopped. Instead of sending a repair person we got a cooler to put our food into. This normally wouldn't have bothered me so much however I hired a chef to crest a huge thanksgivng meal and intended on eating the leftovers throughout the week. We had to toss them all out. I never once heard from the owner about it. One bathroom was completely missing a shower curtain. The owners have a nice man who lives across the street who greeted me and let me in however was unable to tell me how to work the fireplace tv or thermostats and wasn't empowered to get the fridge fixed when it broke. Overall I would not stay here again without improvements.

Amazing location and house!

We, a family with two toddlers and the grandparents, just ended a 3weeks stay at this beautiful property. The location is superb! Taking a short walk, in only baiting suits, to the beach every morning was the best part of the stay. If you search for an empty paradise beach, this is the location. The house was new, equipped and had everything we needed - from the coffee machine, hairdryers, to toys and beach chairs. The kids loved the pool, the grandparents loved their morning coffee in front of the house in the American chairs and we, the partners, enjoyed our spa like bathroom and the sunset from top terrace. The neighborhood was cozy and the neighbors really made us feel at home. It felt like we had lived there forever. The property manager and the owners were absolutely great and responded fast on every request and question we had. On top of this we found two good restaurant close by, Dune and Shooters. Thank you for a good stay and we hope to visit soon again!

This Home has it All

I needed to book a place for our anniversary and fast. So I hit the web scrolling through countless properties in search of the perfect home but to no avail. and then ( Click click clickity click... sunlight descends upon the computer screen) the one!!This home literally checks all the boxes, walking distance to the beach ( check), home theater ( check), dream kitchen and pool!! ( Check and check). Not to mention the fantastic communication from the home owner and property manager. We literally could have just stayed in the whole week and still would have had a great time. Cannot recommend this home enough. We will definitely be back
