Jane, Thank you for choosing to stay at our condo! We realize there are a lot of options in Destin and are very happy our description of it, met your expectations. Sometimes it’s hard to convey everything in photos; we are thrilled you want to stay again. We specifically chose Mediterranea Of Destin and our particular condo location because of its location, private beach access, proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We travel a lot and so many rentals have cheap furnishings, kitchens that lack necessities and our intent in our remodel was to make it a home. Please come back and let us know you are a repeat guests. Thank you again. Enjoy your summer.

Thank you for choosing to stay in our “Destin Sun” Mediterranea condo. We are so glad you and your family enjoyed some beach time together. We too, have flown to a vacation and agree, having some of the needed extras already there is a welcome addition. It makes us happy you took advantage of it all! Please come back from Colorado again and let us know you’re a repeat guest!!

Brooklyn, Welcome back to Mediterranea! 20 years! You definitely picked the best place on the beach 20 years ago, and we agree that it’s still the best! Thank you for choosing your first 3 bedroom stay to be at our “Destin Sun” home away from home! We are definitely fans of the Steam Shower after a long day at the beach, golf or fishing., or any reason really!! So relaxing!!! Those little extras are there to make your special vacation easier and we are happy that it helped. Next year?!! Good for you for planning ahead to pick the week that is best for your trip! We will welcome you back!! Thank you again, and until next summer….

We are also very happy you enjoyed your stay so much and had access to things to make it a great vacation. I'll pass along the praise to our management and cleaning team for how clean it was. Thank you so much for staying at our special vacation home. We are so happy when we have guests like you who love our condo as much as we do! From the William Sonoma soap as you mentioned, you never know when you need something as simple as a bandaid from a first aid kit or a blender for margaritas!! Thank you for the review and please do come back and stay at our "Destin Sun"! When you book again please let us know you are a repeat guest! Thank you so much!

Laurie, we are so happy to share our home with you! And what a special event! Thank you for taking the time to write the review and we are happy you found everything needed to make your stay perfect. Please do come back and when you do, let us know you’re a return guest!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and the beautiful views during your stay. We’re happy we were able to resolve the kitchen faucet issue the same day. The touchless faucet is battery-operated, and while it’s difficult to predict exactly when the batteries will need replacing, we’re pleased we could get everything working again quickly. We also apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the thermostat. It should not have been resetting overnight. Had we known it was continuing to happen, we could have corrected the settings remotely during your stay. Since your visit, we’ve installed a new, more user-friendly thermostat to help prevent this issue for future guests. Regarding the beach and pool access code, our private gated beach is one of the amenities our guests appreciate because it helps keep the beach less crowded and more secure. The code does change periodically for security reasons, and we apologize that you were not notified before it changed. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention. Thank you as well for the suggestion about providing a cooler. We currently provide complimentary beach chair and umbrella service, beach towels, and a selection of beach toys for children. While we don’t currently provide coolers, we’ll certainly keep your recommendation in mind as we continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience. For guests who don’t bring their own, inexpensive coolers are readily available at nearby grocery stores. Thank you again for your stay and your thoughtful feedback. We’re delighted you enjoyed the property overall, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your review!
