This room was comfortable for our stay. The host was quick to respond. We always love the beach view. We have stayed in many rooms at Tristan so we have a basis of comparison to other units. Unfortunately, this room needed a little work. It didn’t dull our stay but there were things that were noticeable that need to be taken care of.

Great stay

We had an amazing stay at Tristan towers. Check in was smooth and easy. The condo was in a good location close to the beach and the views were unbelievable!

Perfect staycation

We had a nice 3 day staycation here just before school started . The views off the balcony are as advertised.

Amazing views from all sides. We’ve been to Pensacola Beach several times and this was our favorite place that we have stayed. We will definitely be back.

Clean, comfortable and very spacious 2-bedroom corner condo with fantastic views of the Gulf. Condo is well equipped and nicely furnished. Rental agent very easy to work with. Highlight is the balcony, which wraps around the building giving an unobstructed view to south, southwest and west, including all of the western end of Santa Rosa Island. Walk across the street to the beach, or drive a few minutes east or west for plenty of free parking areas. Nice looking pool which we did not use. Gated parking lot seems secure. Highly recommended rental property.

The best part was of course the view. The balcony was huge, wrapping two sides of the condo, providing both gulf and bay views. The condo was very clean. It could use a few updates (hall bath needs updating, new paint through out, new pillows for the beds and repair/replace some of the balcony furniture). A couple of items that were missing was no hair dryer in either bathroom and no muffin pan in the kitchen. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. The condo was about 1200 square feet but very well laid out. Bedrooms were split which was great for privacy, kitchen was small but was never an issue. We also had a small plumbing issue the first night and it was addressed the next morning. We stayed here for 10 days and would absolutely book this condo again if the need every arose.

The 329.64 you (Vrbo) charged above the normal rental fee was ridiculous only to turn over the entire check-in and check-out process to the S & S Surfside Properties.The condo needs some major upgrading/renovations. The carpet was stained. The kitchen stove needed major cleaning. The guest bathroom shower was missing the original built-in safety rod. The low toilet in that bathroom was at the height for a kindergarten child or midget. The beds were too high for elderly senior citizens. The positive was the beautiful view of the Gulf and sound.

Amazing views!

Beautiful views of the ocean and the bay. The condo could use a few updates, It is a great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach and bay. Property manager was easily contacted and responsive to questions and gave a great recommendation for a restaurant in downtown Pensacola.

Amazing view!

We had a very nice stay! The inside is a little dated, but overall very well kept and exactly as the listing describes. There aren't any blinds in the main room which makes it a little bright when someone is sleeping on the pull out sofa and the other blinds in the bedrooms could be replaced, but otherwise a great place to stay!

Great Views

We loved how much room we had in this condo to spread out and not be right on top of each other and have time to relax by ourselves. There was also plenty of sitting space in the living room for all three of us to be comfortable. The views of the island and beach were great. We will definitely consider coming back to stay here again.

Paradise

We really enjoyed our vacation in Pensacola. The condo was on a corner, providing a gorgeous view of the gulf and the sound. Everything was very clean and in working order. We will definitely book the same condo next year.

Best views on Ft. Pickens Rd!

We have been coming to Pensacola Beach for many many years and stayed at a variety of places on both Via de Luna and Ft. Pickens Rd. This condo in Tristan Towers offers all the creature comforts and thanks to the L shaped balcony, the best gulf and bay views! It has quickly become our favorite location! We will definitely be back. Don’t forget to bring your binoculars!

Perfection

If you love water views, this is the perfect place to enjoy the view! The extended balcony not only looks out at the Gulf of Mexico, but it also gives you a great view of the Intercoastal. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and a real treat. We will be back!

Fantastic!

Check in was easy. Property manager (Sherri..sorry if name is wrong) was fantastic. Very attentive! The condo is on the 12th floor overlooking the Gulf.. The view was spectacular . The condo had great vibes to it. Very relaxing and I’ll be back!

57th wedding anniversary trip

This condo is nearly perfect! The location is excellent, amenities are nice and the view is unmatched! Easiest check in you will ever have. No problems in the condo at all. Only suggestion is to update the decor a bit and maybe provide new mattresses. Otherwise, such a wonderful place. We will definitely return!
