My wife and I loved our stay and the process from beginning to end was stress free. The unit was clean as well as the view of the ocean. We’re planning another stay hopefully before it gets too cold. The response from the owner was timely and very helpful. Mike and Diane

This unit had a breathtaking view of the ocean. Very comfortable and served all of our needs. Would definitely return!

Great location for a couple or family with 2 children. Walking across the road to the rocky beach is a plus. Great area for biking and running too. I brought my bike and rode with local riders

Location was beautiful. Room was clean. Quick response from host. Felt it was overpriced. No tissues were provided. Remote control did not work and there were no replacement batteries. Could not get the Roku app to work on my phone so we were unable to watch television. A little disappointed.

This was a perfect sized room for two. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed comfortable, and the heat and air conditioning worked well (we needed both during the stay). The views from the ocean view windows were spectacular. Property is right across the street from a rocky shoreline with pebble beach. Also, a short quarter-mile walk from the property is a beautiful 1/2 mile long sandy beach, which even in the fall we enjoyed sitting on and getting some sun (the room has beach chairs you can use). On property there is also a grill you can use (we cooked a couple of filets that turned out great). The property also is within a 30-45 minute drive from many beautiful hiking trails, and the Odiorne State Park is just minutes down the road and has some beautiful trails as well. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby, and there is a grocery store just a 10 minute drive away. Sean was immediately available for any questions and the check-in was a breeze. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway with that special person in your life!

Wonderful condo in beautiful location

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The view out the front window is magnificent. The condo itself is in great proximity to local beaches and restaurants, and only a short drive to Portsmouth. We will definitely stay here again.

Exactly as pictured

The place truly looks just like the photos. It has an excellent ocean view and great location. Communication with the host was also quick and easy, and it was clean and comfortable.

Amazing view and location

My Mom and I stayed here when we had to come for a funeral. We loved the view, the shared courtyard and the proximity to the beach. The place looked just like the photos and Sean was super responsive. Although there isn't a patio there is a huge lawn with chairs and a BBQ.

Did not appreciate the nickel and dime approach to pricing with the add-ons. Would prefer to see all options up front so its easier to plan total cost when comparing to other options.

It was an easy process for getting in. The kitchen facility was perfect for our use. We watched the sunrise and full moon rise from the picture window, it was amazing. The owner is very responsive about any questions. Do note it is a bottom floor condo with people above. It is very comfortable and great location to go to Maine, Portsmouth, or just the beach down the street.
