With 2342 sq ft of space, this residence is perfect for larger families or spending time with friends with direct ocean view of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful sunrises throughout the residence.

The Ocean Accessible - 3 Bedroom Direct Oceanfront has the same size and rooms amenities as the Ocean - 3 Bedroom Direct Oceanfront with a roll in shower and grab bars, lowered beds in the dual master bedrooms, and lowered kitchen island countertop based on ADA standards. This 2,342 square foot residence features a well-appointed, stylish, modern design with an open concept, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, premium Wi-Fi, kitchen, breakfast bar, living/dining area, washer and dryer. The open concept living space turns the kitchen, living room and balcony into 1000+ square feet of entertainment space with sliding doors that open wide to create a true indoor/outdoor experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove top, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishware to be able to make your favorite meal. Dine at either the breakfast counter with seats for five or at the indoor or outdoor dining table both with seats for six. Floor-to-ceiling windows offers sweeping views and natural light throughout the residence. Sliding doors from the living room and the two bedrooms lead to a spacious 355 square foot terrace creating a private outdoor living room to enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean with family or friends. The open concept living room area provides plenty of room to lounge on the L-Shaped sofa or chair to enjoy television on the 65" 4k flat screen television. The sofa opens to a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This ocean front residence features three spacious bedrooms. The dual master suites have floor to ceiling glass windows and access to the terrace.

- The minimum age for all guests staying in our residences is 25 years old, unless accompanied by a parent.
- Government-issued photo identification and a credit or debit card are required at check-in for incidental charges; cash deposits are not accepted.
- A $250 incidental/security deposit will be required at time of check-in
- You’re welcome to check-in any time at the Front Desk after 4:00 pm. The front desk hours are 7am to 11pm
- Covered garage and uncovered parking options are available for registered guests $24 plus tax per night. One vehicle per room. Visitor parking or additional vehicle parking is also available for $24 plus tax per night in our overflow parking lot across the street.
