The townhouse was very clean. I just wish it stated that it had 3 levels and the garage, which was super small and would not fit a middle-size SUV. It had everything we needed. Close to downtown Nashville.

Thank you for your feedback. The listing does note that the home is three stories, with the bedrooms located on the third floor, though we understand this may have been overlooked. We're sorry to hear the garage was smaller than expected. We haven't experienced issues with it previously, but thankfully, there is plenty of additional parking available in the area. Our goal is always a five-star review, so come to see us again - we want another shot at that extra star!

The property is a clean-modern apartment. The host offers all the amenities needed for guest. It's a spacious apartment for guest to enjoy their time while in Nashville. We had an issue with an already broken lamp. They were RESPONSIVE to the issue. A new light was ordered and sitting on the doorsteps. My only suggestion is to put a window treatment on the sliding doors so neighbors can't look in. Every apartment in the complex has window treatments except this apartment. Privacy is key when guest is in an unfamiliar place. Overall, the place is clean, comfortable and close to the airport. I highly recommend this location.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the unit. It’s also great to hear our team was able to respond quickly. We truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback regarding the sliding doors. Guest privacy is very important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention as we continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Thank you for your recommendation and for choosing to stay with us! We would love to welcome you back to Nashville again in the future.

It would have been nice to have more than 4 hangers in the bedrooms. Also, black out curtains are strongly suggested for host to install, blinds were not enough to keep the morning light out. Also BEWARE, bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and no elevators!!!! The place is very small but nice.

Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad you enjoyed the home and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on the items mentioned. We'll certainly keep your comments in mind as we evaluate future improvements to the property. Regarding the stairs, many Nashville townhomes are built vertically to maximize space and location, so multi-story layouts are quite common throughout the city. That said, we understand they're not the perfect fit for every traveler. When you're ready to visit Nashville again, please reach out to us. We manage dozens of homes across the city and would be happy to help find a property that better matches your preferences, whether that's a larger layout, fewer stairs, or different amenities. We'd love the opportunity to host you again!

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay, quiet neighborhood and close proximity to just about everything we wanted to do during our visit! Ubers were inexpensive everywhere we went, just be aware when they’re driving because it seemed like a few got their licenses a week ago (sketchy).
