Smukke Store hjem med udsigt fra Meeks Bay til South Shore

Dette hjem har mange faciliteter, som gør det ønskeligt for familie grupper og sammenkomster. Vi er placeret på 368 Sunnyview Drive, Tahoma i Glenridge Development off Hwy 89 på vestkysten af ​​Lake Tahoe.
Vi har en stor stue med pejs med udsigt over dækket og udsigt over søen. Køkkenet har udsigt over det store store værelse. Der er et Brunswick pokerbord til spil og kortspillere ved siden af ​​vores computer / internetområde. Alt dette ser ud på vores dæk med spa og udsigt. Vi har også en regulering poolbord i rec området.

Vi har et spillerum på entry level, med en professionel poolbord, brændeovn og tilstødende badeværelse / sauna kombination. Denne post niveau etage har også fuldt udstyret vaskerum.

Der er en to-bil garage og plads til tre biler under vores dæk.

Om vinteren, vi leverer snerydning. Også 40 fod bag vores hus er der en skrå brand vej, som gør en nice slæde løb om vinteren.

Vi leverer alle sengetøj, træ til pejsen, og propan til grillen.

Roxana’s home is absolutely wonderful. Spacious 6 bedroom & 5 bathroom home with a stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, two large dining tables, pool table, sauna, ping pong room, basketball hoop, and deck with amazing lake views. Special house just above Meek’s Bay. Walk to Sugar Pine SP, walk down to Meek’s Bay Resort, or head up into Desolation Wilderness to hike nearby. Really nice and quiet neighborhood. Hope to stay again.

Love this very family friendly home with something for everyone. We have stayed twice!

This house has something for kids and adults of all ages. A wonderful family trip with everything you need. Beautiful views from the hot tub. Very clean and cozy vacation home that we will use every year.

Magical month in paradise

This is an amazing house in an amazing location. The house is just a short (10 minute) walk down to Meek's bay and a quick drive to some of the best hiking and views in all of Tahoe. And the house itself is an amazing place to host friends and family, with so many amenities, luxurious bedrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend August with our family and friends.

Fabulous stay!

We were a group of 8 and this home was in beautiful condition, well equipped and spacious for our crowd. It was centrally located for our trips to Squaw Valley and Northstar, and the view was incredible!! Owner Roxana was extremely responsive, kitchen was well stocked and everything in house is clearly labeled. We would most certainly stay here again to explore more of the Lake Tahoe area!!

Great Place!

Very nice, spacious home. We had 14 people and the 6 rooms along with the large living room, kitchen area, balcony and downstairs game area were perfect to allow us hang out and not feel cramped. The large living room couch and small table behind it were really nice to allow many people to relax and chat. Roxana is also great to work with! She is so responsive and helpful.

Amazing ski vacation!

House was perfect for my group! Despite having a group of 12, the house felt very spacious and we never ran out of hot water. Roxana was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The hot tub, sauna and fireplace were lovely after skiing and the pool table and ping pong table were a crowd favorite. Not to mention the house had an amazing view of the lake! Close to North and South Lake Tahoe (as long as the road is open by emerald bay). I’d recommend this house to anyone planning a large trip to Tahoe.

The best Tahoe Family Experience

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home! It’s incredibly clean and has more stocked in the home than we would ever expect. With 3 families and 9 kids under 9, the home was layed out perfectly for all 3 families. We would stay there again and again. Roxana was wonderful to work with and even accommodated us during insane weather. This property has been my best vacation home experience yet. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Awesome Home!

This home was a great to stay. It has 6 full bedrooms split into two equal sides. We held a work retreat there where we did strategic planning and for a group of 6-8 adults it was great. I would say, I would love to return sometime with a couple families as the set up is really ideal for family groups. There is plenty of room to sit in the living area, the kitchen is well stocked, the home is very clean and well taken care of, and the view is from the deck is awesome. The response to rental inquiries was very fast and the information about the home arrived promptly. Overall, I would highly recommend.

If there was a "HomeAway Best Owner/Host" award...

It would have been enough that this big house met our needs so beautifully. Nine of us came together for a week, for a family Thanksgiving holiday. We all had comfortable beds, the kitchen was super well equipped, the media was easy to navigate and worked well (watched some football, some movies, some news, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade), and the billiard table and Brunswick poker table delivered hours of family-centric fun. But the real standout to our experience was the absolutely stellar attentiveness of Roxana, our host. Of course she answered my questions promptly and thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable, but again and again, she went the extra mile. And although the "house rules" (for example, how to properly use the hot tub) and departure checklist seemed a bit daunting at first, everything made perfect sense and was to benefit our enjoyment of the house and all it offered. And Roxana was SO easy to work with! If our family vacation plans take us back to the South Lake Tahoe area, we will absolutely book this house again.

Great home minus multiple set backs

The good: House had a solid layout, great deck, and fit our large group of friends. The bad: No wifi till Friday afternoon (arrived Thursday night). We had people in our group that had to work of Friday. Propane tank was completely EMPTY when we arrived. This meant no central heating, no hot water, no working stove and no working oven. Because the propane tank was empty, when we tried to use the oven it would emit a heavily propane odor requiring us to open all the windows in the house. Keep in mind this is mid-March in Tahoe, aka it's still winter. The owner was finally able to get the propane company to fill the tank around 830-9pm. During this time, she never told me there were 3 water heaters that needed to have the pilot lit. We had to discover this ourselves when we didn't get hot water to 4 out of the 5 showers in the house. Even better, one of the water heaters was behind a locked door in the garage. I contacted the owner about the lack of hot water (again). Only then did she finally tell me there are 3 water heaters and that I would have to go light the pilots myself, not a problem, however as a paying renter it is not my job to make sure the house has hot water. When I asked her if she would be able to send anyone to fix the water issue, she rudely asked me "Does anyone at the house know how to do anything?!" The amount of disrespect here was extremely alarming. She also blamed the propane tank being empty on the company that refills it. When asking her what could be done as a make good for that, she told me to call the propane company myself and figure out what they could do for me. We finally had hot water throughout the entire house at 9pm the day before we had to check out at 10am. That means we only had 13 hours of fully functional basic amenities during our 3 night stay.

Picture perfect, this place gets an 11

After researching houses in the Tahoe City area for months (and initially renting another house that we cancelled to rent this one), we could not have been happier with our choice!! Every spare moment over the past 4 months I have been "geeking" on ski houses (via VRBO, Home Away and Vacasa), and feel like I know most of them by heart, so I was pretty confident in ultimately choosing this house, but you never know. We had 5 couples and 4 single guys, all long time friends, get together for a ski trip, and the pressure was on me to get it right. As soon as we walked through the door I knew I did. The house is so well designed, and was perfect for hanging out together, with a card/game/hangout table and amazingly huge and comfy couch in the great room (along with a killer fireplace), sandwiched between the elevated kitchen and the huge deck, so everybody could hang out in one of those "zones" in their own little group, but be essentially all together. You have amazing lake views from the kitchen, great room and both Masters, and of course the deck. The house has two identical 3 bedroom wings on each side of the common area, each with a Master bedroom with its own bathroom facing the lake, and two guest rooms that share a bathroom on the back side. Downstairs was the Pool Table/Rec Room, with another bathroom, and a Sauna, which somehow we forgot to use. The fireplace was stocked with wood when we arrived, and was "match ready" (which our friends were SO impressed with). It was going most of the time we were there, and we never ran out of wood, as it has a big wood storage area built into it, which was fully stocked up. We had plans to go out to dinner but never did, preferring to cook together and just hang out and eat and drink, which the kitchen/great room was very well suited for. This turned out to be key, as we skied hard and didn't feel like going out after. We would wake up and cook breakfast, ski hard, Apres Ski hard, and head "home" for the evening to cook, drink and hang out together. Everything you could ask for was in the kitchen, including a double coffee pot machine! Did I mention the giant comfy couch?! We had 10 of us on it at one time, it is HUGE!! The bedrooms were all comfy too. We so enjoyed waking up to rosy sunrises over the lake and mountains, and watching the beautiful sunsets and moongazing from the deck at night. Communication from the owner was outstanding, and we even reached the cleaning lady when we had a question.

Clean, beautifu and warm house

We came to the house before Christmas, we have spent one week in this house with my family. the house is very clean, beautiful, the kitchen and living room are big enough for a big family. We enjoyed our stay in this house. The owner is very nice.

Great home and location

We had 4 couples for a week and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the views, the proximity to paths and a short walk to the lake. We had a wonderful time.

This house was perfect for

Despite the fires in the area, we thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely house, staying indoors alot more than we anticipated. The kitchen was big enough for several cooks and the perfect place to congregate, comfortable living room couches accommodated 10 adults well and were great for hanging out. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms were large and beautifully tiled. And we had fun in the game room. The owner was very helpful, and we had a great time.

Great location. Can walk to Meeks bay. House is well stocked with kitchen essentials and bathroom toiletries. House was well stocked with lots of games and plenty of areas to gather and play games. Host was very responsive.

Loved Our time!

This is our second time staying here. Two years ago we came with my in laws loved it so much we came back with my side of the family. The owners have gone above and beyond to make sure the cleanliness is covid free, loved all of the extra touches they added from two years ago. We were able to see two bears roaming the cabin what a beautiful site. You are close to Meeks Bay, trail running, etc. we plan on coming back! Thank You again for all the memories!

Perfect Family Getaway

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we could possibly need and more importantly it was very clean and well maintained. There was definitely pride of ownership. We had a nice view of Lake Tahoe from the deck and really enjoyed the hot tub. Wonderful family memories were made and we hope to come back!

Nice holiday home

We spent 3 nights in the house. The house is clean and very cozy with excellent sauna and jacuzzi. During these three days we ride kayaks, horses, bicycles, and a helicopter. It will take you about 30 minutes from home to get to all these entertainments. Of the minuses of this house, this is check out, because you will need to complete a whole list of actions.
