Overall our stay was very good. The bed and couch were not too comfortable but after all it wasn’t the Hampton Inn. Served us well. Great location!

Great views and wonderful balcony. Solid construction, we did not hear neighbors. Beach and nearby neighborhood was noisy at night with rowdy teens. Unit was clean although small. Barely any room in either bedroom but we didn’t spend much time in bedrooms. Fees are high for cleaning and damage! We certainly did not do any damage and it would be nice if extra dishwasher detergent and garbage bags are provided, especially if renters are expected to take out trash. I’ve never stayed in a place that didn’t provide extra trash bags!

Thank you for the feedback and for sharing what stood out during your stay. We're glad the views, balcony, and solid construction made for a comfortable and clean experience. We know beach areas can get noisy during peak season, which is why we let guests know ahead of time so they can plan accordingly. On fees, cleaning and damage costs reflect what's required to maintain the property and are outlined clearly before booking. We also provide a full list of what's included for your stay, and there's a convenient store just across the street for any extras like trash bags or dishwasher detergent. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope future guests find the details helpful in planning their stay.

We loved our stay here! The condo was perfect for a little get away for our family of 4. Easy access to the beach, quiet building, and a bonus for us was having a washer and dryer right in our unit. We also greatly appreciated that the unit came with a beach umbrella and chairs. We had one very minor issue during our stay and it was addressed and fixed very quickly, which is always appreciated!

This condo was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. It may be small but by no means lacking in any detail. Upon arrival the place was very clean and had everything needed for a week at the beach. You can not beat the view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. The host was also very accommodating. Location and beach front was perfect for our special time away from Ohio. Was so happy to be there on Easter, was awakened by music about 6am Sunday. Right in front of our balcony a Sunrise Service was happening! The condo was perfect. Actually seemed designed with us in mind!
Sunrise service on beach, directly in front of our balcony.
As the sun was rising, the group attending the service were gathering.
