I am very sorry to hear your experience and also you taking the time to provide us with a feedback. Your reservation was back in Dec of 2023 during the holidays and we just received your review, so it was very important to reply. First off, I reviewed the reservation and its messages, I do not see any messages from your about no access to the pools, no messages about cleanliness etc. If you were to message about this, we have a whole team working in office and on field to assist guests immediately. Further, we do not have a practice of charging anyone for anything wrong. https://wondervacation.homes/34683X - This is the PDF document of the damages - these are date and time stamped. To remove make up, wipes are available in the market. If towels are used to remove makeup, it can leave stains and cannot be removed. So you were charged 3x Stained Bath Towel(s) - $45.00 13.5% Sales Tax - $6.08 Total $51.08. Thanks for your understanding!
