Last Minute Vacay

We had an amazing time at our VRBO! The house was just like the pictures depicted - large, clean, and fun! We had a couple of issues with the AC and pool heat, but the management team provided a prompt response to ensure the issues were resolved in a timely fashion! Having the community pool within a short walking distance was a huge plus as well!

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at francheskas villa April 4-11A family group of 9 adults and 3 toddlersThe home was very spacious for all of usJust a couple of suggestions As a 5* rated home we expected More towels and towels of better quality but we managed it would have been beneficial if there were some baking and mixing bowls since we prepared most of our meals The home is very large we enjoyed both the community areas (the retreat and the oasis)

Beautiful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful, very clean, with plenty of space, not a complaint but FYI , you have sunlight by the pool from sunrise to 3, which we found great for kids! But upon arrival, we could not get the patio door open in the dining room, which was a bummer, because that’s where the outside dining table was, so we never had a bbq or ate outside

Nice Vacation rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this home for a week right after Christmas. The house was very clean and fairly new. We enjoyed the pool and spa and the clubhouse offered additional swimming. We have stayed at many Florida spirit vacation homes and always have a great time. They are very prompt to address any issues that arise. I also like how easy it is to reserve a home online.

Best rental we’ve had

From booking through checking out, this rental was flawless! Communication was amazing and incredibly responsive. The house itself was perfectly clean and beautiful. The pool was a great temp and hot tub heated very quickly when turned on (this is so rare for a rental!!). My whole group with 2 kids was incredibly happy and would absolutely book this house with this company again when we come next time. The 2 on premise water parks were small but so helpful for days off of the parks. The little tiki bar was a great respite for adults as kids played. And the travel time to the Disney parks was only around 20-25 mins. I don’t know why anyone would stay at the resorts with this option available!!

Large home

This house is really big - which was great for hosting family. The pool table is a fun addition. If you have a large group, there is plenty of space for everyone. Just be prepared that it is bare bones- beautifully decorated, lots of space but nothing is provided other than a small bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. They do say this upfront, but for the price, it would be nice if they could at least provide some basic amenities. When you arrive, you need to be prepared to go buy toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, dish soap, shampoo, etc - especially if you have a group.

Family of 10 Vaca

The property was as advertised—plenty of space and clean. There wasn't a grill, which was unfortunate because we wanted to grill. We also didn't see pool details, so we had to add 20. per day for the jacuzzi heat and the heated pool. Check for holes in the screen by the pool as we didn't notice them, and there was a snake in our pool area. We were able to capture it and put it outside. They came and patched the screen quickly as soon as we requested it. There are two areas that you can go to for the pools. One is at another property with the lazy river and another splash pad. Overall great experience. Tons of space for all 10 of us.

The house was beautiful. The hosts were extremely responsive everytime we had a question. The pool heater was working properly at first and someone came in a timely fashion and it did not disrupt the stay at all. Would highly recommend this home.

Lovely holiday home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable home that accommodated 8 of our family very nicely. Very good communication with rental company pre stay, helpful regarding purchase of baby equipment from Walmart. House was very clean on arrival, very comfortable beds, we all slept well. Very minimal supply of cleaning products etc. Reasonably equipped in terms of crockery/ cooking appliances etc. parking available for the three cars that we had. Only downside was that the street was noisy at the weekend with party of people in the garage next door well after curfew time. No details in the house of who to contact at the gatehouse regarding this. Overall, we would recommend!
